Dear Sir /Madam

I (Om Narayan) my tataindicom number is 9246200429. I got call on 22 sept @
2 pm that make the payment by end of day or your out going will be
discontinued. I made imitated payment but still out going is not activated.
I made many complains more than 20 complains but no result.
First they asked wait for 2 days then two more days now they are saying that
it going to take 4 more days. your people didn't solved by issues.

I gave all the proof of transaction but still they have not activated.

First of all they didn't gave any time to pay the amount ( bill date is 17
of Oct), they called @ 2 pm and told that make the payment by end of day. at
least they can give 1 day time .

Second after making online payment, I dont know why they taking more than
four day. Maximum time frame for online payment is four days.


Third if they no that they cant handle online transiction then they should
remove onnline payment options.

I am totally pissed of by this kind of behaviour of tataindicom Excutives.

As I recharge my coupon with 25 rupees on 25-5-2011 at near about 9:30 from my mobile no- 9212441213
Without my concern customer care charge my whole amount . when I try to talk the customer care they put my mobile no in rejection site, when I try to connect the customer care never responding , if I talk to another Tata no customer care connect within a second.

1. First of all I want to know why my cell no is not connect to the customer care why the other connect within second
2. Second thing is that without my concern they start the caller tune and deduct my amount form my cell balance,


It a request to please make my payment from ur end and resolve the first issue as soon as possible.

in the block jaitipur tehsil tilhar district shahjahanpur tata indicom service is so bad
many times i personally talk to customer care and submit my complaint
many others people also complaint for this problem but there should be no
solution by tata indicom ingineers and nodel east officer on mo.9044000121
we all custumers are in so trouble so please solve this problem as soon as possible
