    Default Bad Service Tata Communication

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    We are a broadband customer of Tata Communications. My account number is
    ACC002097699 and login id is ashaprisha@vsnl.net. We got our broadband
    connection on 12th Sept, 2009 after paying Rs.5294 as four months rental in
    advance and Rs.2600 for the modem. My internet plan is "Flash 384" in which
    we are supposed to get the speed of '384kbps' during day time(8:00am to
    10:00pm) and '1.5Mbps' during night(10:00pm to 8:00am) and on sundays, with
    unlimited usage. But right from the beginning we are unable to get the speed
    anywhere near that. The download speed during day time hardly exceeds
    25kbps and during night it is worse than dial-up connection where download
    speed is not even '20kbps'. Also the connection speed is never stable and
    its impossible to work with this speed. I have made numerous complains
    regarding slow browsing and downloading. Few of the complain numbers are *
    10739036*, *10783572*. But nothing has been resolved till now. So finally
    after being fed up with Tata Communications, we mailed them to terminate the
    connection, seeking the full refund. I was told by a Tata Comm. employee Mr.
    Sharon, Tata Communications, Kalyani Nagar, Pune, that the amount can be
    refunded within 3 months. But today evening I received a mail that no refund
    is possible in my case. Also they suspended my connection without any prior
    notice.

    Also their executives have a very callous attitude towards
    the customer. They don't pick the call if called from the registered
    numbers.


    Sir/Madam, Rs. 5294 is not a small amount to be given away just like that.
    If Tata Communications can't deliver what they have promised then they have
    to give the full refund. Therefore I request you to make a firm case against
    Tata Communcations so that consumers like us get the justice.

    Dear Ms. Singh,

    For your complaint you will have to send a written complaint to the nodal officer of the Company. Wait for the response for at least 10 days because the Nodal officer will have to provide you any solution within 10 working days. Send a written complaint and kindly revert back soon after getting any reply from him. The address is:
