Complaint Against Tata Docomo For Deducting My Balance

Respected Sir,
Iam Irshad from Mangalore.My Mobile No Is 9743338310.I would like to file a complaint against Tata Docomo for deducting my balance without my knowledge.On July 24 Early morning [06:43:00] I received a message from Docomo [TA-DSUSSD] " Hi You have subscribed to AAMIR KHAN at Rs 10.00 till 31-July-2012........" But I have not requested to activate this service .I am fed up with the 'Balance Deduction' issue I got my balance deducted 2,3 times before too. So I just want my Balance Back..Thanking You.

I am Vikas from Chandigarh, my mobile no. is 9041463640. I had recharged my mobile no. 9041463640 with STV Rs.32 on 19-07-2012 and got confirmation SMS at 7:53:26 PM on 19-07-2012 that my mobile has been recharged successfully with transaction ID: 100001736880874. And as per the STV recharged I should be charged 1ps/6sec on same network. But I did not get the benefits that should be given to me when I called up my friend (only after getting confirmation SMS from Tata Docomo), they charged me as per the normal call rate plan thus got charged for 74.80 Rs. As of now I am being charged as per their offered plan through STV Rs 32. So I just want my balance deducted back.. Thanking You.

my number is 7276244336 .
Docomo has deducted more than 50 rupees on the name of data usage.
In case when the gprs plan is already activated.
also previously deducted about 50 rupees only by clicking a link,
also activated hello tune service without my conformation .

my number is 9034691963 .Docomo has deducted more than37.70 rupees on the name of data usage.In case when the gprs plan is already activated.also previously deducted about37.70 rupees only by clicking a link, and deduct to Rs 30 devotional portal i made complaint on helplinethey told me my amount to be credited my account within 2 to 3 hours. but till today it was not credited to my account.please help me waiting for your reply. y srinivas

I would like inform you that, just i have did two recharge and without my concern Rs. 13.00 & rs. 23.00 was dedected yesterday and today from my phone balance. I am very much fadup with your unnecessary dedection. I am using only for internet but not able use due low balance, this happend unnecessary balance dedection was done on from your side.
And also i will like to inform you that, this was happend 2 time perviosly also. My 12 rs was deducted in pervious month also and finally u revert my balance. I am very much fadup with your unnecessary dedection services.

Please revert my full balance in my account as soon as possible or other wise plz closed my service/terminate this number as soon as possible.i have airtel bill number and i will start 99 unlimited internet pack available for corporate customer.

Please note that, my total Rs. 36.00 was deducted within two day and plz forward the higher authority number and contact details.

On clicking the link I was navigated to a certain page of female models in the dive in portal and told that downloading anything from that link would be free for the next 48 hours. Please ensure that the amount is refunded as this kind of steep deduction is really harassing.
