    Default reliance cdma-unnecessary activation of services with reduction in balance without my permission



    i want to bring to your notice about the malpractices adopted by the reliance cdma. everyweek they will activate a service , like sometimes gennews service, music service which i have not even subscribed for. moreover even after deduction of balance due to those services i didnt get anything on mobile . this is going for past few months. they dnt really listen. i want to submit a complaint against them in consumer court for mental harassment. how should i approach for that.

    This has happened to me as well on my reliance gsm .. for the third time in a month some astro pack has been activated and a sum of rs 16 has been deducted every time ..calling the customer care is of no use..firsty you dont get through them and when u finally get in touch that is after a long frustating wait they asure you of some mistake and it happens again after a few days.....its just a waste..kindly suggest to me what necessary action can i take against such Rubbish service provider called REILANCE

    Hi ,

    I got unnecessary activation of some services in my Reliance GSM and more amount has been deducted . Could you please look into this ?

    I need to deactivate all unnecessary services from my account as well as all deducted amounts .

    All am trying to figure out is why is that respite so many customer complaints and objections are these value added service still being activated? what value are they adding to the consumer when they are just causing inconvenience! why is it that the services are activated first and your consent taken later specially on prepaid accounts? Being of such standard this low customer support is a shame for Reliance. To top it the balance deducted is never refunded, the customer support center does everything except provide support to the users! I want all this to stop with immediate effect.... is there any means to permanently restrict any value added services from being activated on reliance cdma without prior consent of the user?
