I am use two reliance mobile prepaid connection from last 8-9 years 9324090942 & 9322171401, & last month I was received the one call in last month from swayam enterprises, Miraroad, & I got the rong information from she & I agree for the post paid connection to all two nos. but she was commite me to 299/- monthly rental plan & 299 mins. free & Rim to Rim local call absolutely free 24Hrs & 450/- deposite per, I was paid the deposite by cheque, then after i call to the cust.care & i got the another information about this plan he told that the Rim to rim call not free in this plan, i got the rong information by swayam interprise, I am no satisfyed.

Sir I wanted to lodge a complaint against Reliance rim,they forcibly activated ringtone pack worth Rs 30 wid out our permission and i got to know this only when we got message of renewal and more 10/- has been cut from my mobile so a total of 40 is being debited without our concern Wen I called them to know when and how it happend they blamed us directly that we have ativated it,they denied to even to lodge a complaint .For 5 times I keep on calling and I got the same reply that they will not lodge a comlaint.Sir I want to ask that cant we atleast lodge a complaint if they reject to credit back the money which is totally unfair and I wasted a lot of time in calling the customer care. We have not activated any pack,but still dey deducted money frm our account balance.WHY RELIANCE communication prepaid service IS CHEATING THEIR CUSTOMERS..?
Please help me sir we want our money back as we feel deceived and dejected by this type of services .

It seems that Mr Anil Ambani is trying to head his brother by means of fraud and cheating. This is not only my case but dozens of reliance customers are being cheated daily in my locality. Previously it was the duty of reliance cdma service to cheat its customers as the customers were binded with the sets provided by the company on payment of handsome money. Now a days Reliance GSM has also started to CHEAT its customers. I have also being victimised. In the last two days they have stolen my forty one rupees and for what? I dont know. The customer care is also sleeping day and night and never do the call connects to the highly qualified customer representatives.
Sir with due request, please do something in the welfare of consumers.

As you mentioned above about the bad service of Reliance customer care, we suggest you to contact Reliance area Nodal Officer via E-mail, or registered post.
Hope this may solve your problem.

in my number reliance india mobile company employes..automatically cut my prepaid money from my account...for sms card...every month unneccessary.i have told and complaint in Rworld for stop this activity
but they can't stopping .forcing me to complaint.kindly see this complaint take action against this kind of nonsence profitering cutting of people money.so that.we don't face any problem.

pls help me how i can refund may ballence

As you mentioned that you have already contact with the Reliance customer care but still not get any response, so we suggest you to send a written notice to the Nodal Officer via email, mention all the details in it and ask them for the proper solution with in the mentioned time in the notice, wait for their response and revert us back.
Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.

Sir i want to lot a complaint against reliance rim services.On 20th Feb 2010 I submitted termination letter to relinace communication Vile-Parle (East) Web World. First week of March my reliance connection disconnected. There is no help from relinace communication customer support where I register my complaint for discontinuing my number. I have deposited of Rs. 2000.00 and I paid around Rs 3700.00 excess to reliance communication instead of reliance energy through net banking by mistake.There is no policy of refunding any amount in Reliance Communication. I think this is a new way to earn money for reliance communication.

But after 5 month of termination my number i did not get my money and no confirmation. I visited so many times to reliance gallery & contact to customer support they have no information related my number / account., Please return my money as early as possible. Reliance services which i am facing is the worst service i ever face in my life.

i have a purchase a RIM mobile from web world.No.of mobile is 9301617440.i have paid 1550/- for it.From behalf of Reliance Web World Hitesh deal to me.He Has give me 149 plan.which as all the RIM no.free and others no.of M.P. and C.G.100 Rs.Talk Time.

it is all right one and half month but there after it is not work.I went to Web World about it.but he is not given any positive result.told to me that i have given a notice for Terminate it.it is not true.
