    Relience have deducted my INR30 towards CRBT subscription which I never opted. They had asked me SMS UNSUB1003 to 155223, but it never reached because of Badmashi of the Company. It replieswrong key or some other excuses.198 is not approacheble.Pl help me anf refund my INR 30. My no is 8010182346. NKS GAHLOWT, my alternate no is 9810283615

    Hi,

    I have requested for MNP for number 9311116433 to Vodafone. This request has been rejected by saying that I am using one retention plan and can not change reliance for 6 months.
    Then I have planned to change my number from reliance CDMA to GSM. One reliance representative has collected the required papers and cancellation form from me for the same. When I did the follow-up, I came to know that this request has been rejected again.
    Issue:
    1) While giving me retention plan, no one has told me that I wouldn't be able to change reliance for 6 months.
    2) When I am trying to switch from reliance CDMA to reliance GSM, only request has been accepted but its status was not shared with reliance customer care. I don't have any information that how I can check the status. I don't know to whom I can escalate this. I can to know about this request rejection from one reliance person who picked my call only 3 times after 35 tries.

    I request reliance to stop harassing me and either change my number to reliance GSM or let me move to other network.

    Below given is the mail I just sent to Reliance people at customercare@relianceada.com-

    Dear Sir

    Plz refer to mob. no. 8882332271 (3 g connection) issued on 14 nov. 2011 in my name (Anant Arya) and a complaint for the same same number lodge with you on 24-11-2011 vide complaint no. 166412006.

    Plz know that this number was issued along with your advance rental internet usage plan cover for 1 year @ 5 GB per month against my advance payment of nearly Rs. 8000 through my PNB debit card. The number was activated within 2 hours of payment and I started using the internet though with many hiccups and subsequent complaints with C care and visits to web world from my side.

    Further that I had lodged the aforesaid complaint since I found this connection stopped working abruptly on Nov. 24, 2011. Assuming that there could be a network problem I lodged the complaint with your C Care number 198 on the said date and was assured of a remedy within 3 days. When nothing happened even after 4 days till 27th Nov. I called the C Care again to be registered for a reminder only since my problem was still not resolved (and no proper reason for non solution was given to me by either the C Care executive or the GPRS person) and the old complaint no. still persisted. When called again after 3-4 days I was re-diverted to GPRS dept. who told me that there was all well from their side and I should get it checked at some market place where software experts are there who could tell me the exact cause for this problem of "No Connectivity".

    Further that I was totally unable to use any of the internet or telephone call services for the given period and my advance rental paid to u for a year seemed to be made a total waste by your people. Even my connection was disallowed to connect to a C Care executive on ur chargeable C Care number *222.

    Further that I had requested the C Care executives (of 198) every time I called them to call back me on my on my alternate number (9911300271) for any further assistance/information but never received any calls form ur side on the given number.

    Finally on 2nd Dec. 2011 I had to go to your service center for Reliance 3 G TAB at Basoya Mall, Sec. 15, NOIDA all the 6 km 1 way to get my Tab updated for want of removal of any technical error (if any) since nobody from your side was offering a true picture of the cause of problem and it's solution otherwise. When even updating the Tab did not work in terms of internet or call connectivity to my connection number than I went further to your Web World outlet at Sec. 18 NOIDA (UP) to interact in person and find any solution.

    Further that I was informed at the Web World that a monthly telephone call rental of Rs. 199 was pending against my existing Reliance no. 8882332271 which I readily paid there by my PNB debit card against the receipt no. S206276119 though it was again an arbitrary charge since I had requested a min. call rental plan of Rs. 99 only per month at the time of activation of this number and call services. I was assured that the next billing cycle (from 14 De. 2011 to 14 Jan 2012 and onwards) will be charged for Rs. 99 only per month rental plan unless request otherwise by me.

    Further it is there where another horrifying news was announced to me that I probably owe some imaginary unsettled amount of Rs. 751 on account of a very old Reliance no. 9312500271 (which I used from 2003 to probably 2005 as a Pioneer customer and never failed to pay my dues in time. A final termination of this number was already done by you on my request after all the existing dues were settled mutually and amicably).

    Further that I was asked to pay this amount to get the services resumed on my existing Reliance number 8882332271. I protested and requested the Web World executive Ms Sheetu to convey the following counts of my point of view to the appropriate authorities in your company's concerned depts. the points are as following-

    1. Why my old Reliance number 9312500271 was terminated on request if there was any unsettled and pending unpaid amount of Rs. 751 ? Does not this act on your part amount to an unpardonable callousness by your concerned department/s ?
    2. Even if the termination was done on my request than why any recovery letter or verbal information was not issued or sent to me since the termination if I owed any such amount ?
    3. How did the your company activated any new number to me and activated my new connection no. 8882332271 against the full year advance rental of nearly Rs. 8000 if I already had your debt upon me ? Does not this act on your part amount to a deliberate suppression of facts with a malafied and nefarious intention of cheating an unsuspecting customer ?
    4.Why was I allowed to use the service for few days before you arbitrarily suspended the service and that too without any prior notice or proper information to me even when you had my alternative number and email ID for any required contact ? Does not this act on your part amount to a deliberate suppression of facts with a malafied and nefarious intention of cheating an unsuspecting customer ?
    5. Since this is a new and separate number (8882332271) with your assured internet and call services against the full year advance and post paid rentals already credited to your account from my side how can you relate the offering of services to this new number to old one in question (9312500271) and thereby arbitrarily suspend the services to the newly issued number ? Does not this act on your part amount to a deliberate and criminal breach of service contract with intention to cheat a customer ?
    6. Why was it that even when Ms Sheetu placed a mail request on 2-12-2011 to your concerned department about a total write of considering the merits of this case and assured me that my connection will be reactivated for the given 3 G account it was not reactivated ? The gist of the reply from your side to her mail was that the reactivation was possible only when I paid the arbitrary amount of Rs. 555 against those imaginary old dues. Does not this act on your part amount to a sheer and deliberate criminal forgery and blackmailing knowing full well that I have bought a Reliance 3 G Tab which can not be used for for any other GSM operator other than Reliance and also that you have already received a huge sum of money from me in name of assured usage provisions for a complete year starting from 14 Nov, 2011 onwards ?
    7. I had to go back to your Web World again yesterday dtd. 6-12-2011 to bow and succumb to your criminal conspiracy by paying Rs. 555 vide receipt no. IB00014429045 in want of resumption of services and to avoid the huge and perennial business and contact loss which was caused by my ultimate dependance for such communications on your internet connection and your sudden holding back the otherwise contracted and assured services for that perticular number with a Hitleric and attitude and malafied intention. Does not this act on your part amount to a deliberate harassment to an innocent customer thereby causing an unrecoverable business and monetary loss.
    8. You are also liable for a total monetary compensation of Rs. 1 Lac against the business losses incurred by me due to the criminal breach of service contract along with an refund of Rs. 555 charged unlawfully by putting me to a sheer blackmail.
    9.This act of yours has also exposed me to a perpetual mental and physical agony and suffering due to condemnable and unpardonable attitude and acts thus mentioned in the above given letter. I further demand an unconditional and total apology from your side along with another Rs. 1 Lac as a compensation for the same.
    10. My internet and call services to the said number have still not been restored and reactivated till now despite my repeated requests. I warn you of a possible legal action at the honourable courts of justice including the consumer forums if my contracted services are not reinstated and my demand for compensation are not met from your side with immediate effect.

    Sir I wanted to log a complain..against Reliance GSM wid in 2 Month (16 Nov 2011 - 9th Jan 2012) dey forcibly activated ringtone pack worth Rs 30 wid out our permission..(in 2 diffnt nos.).Wen I called dem to know wen n how it happend..dey blamed us directly...dat we have ativated it...n d tym dey told us..,during dat period no such call was attended,
    and dey denied us...to give our money back
    We have not activated any pack,but still dey decuted subscriptn frm our account balance..dis happened twice in a week....WHY RELIANCE GSM IS CHEATING DERE CUSTOMERS..?
    Plze help...Want my money back otherwise i use other service sim.....for they not cheat our coustomer.......

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I M Nishant Sharma from Delhi and my Mobile No. is 8010290307 of Reliance Gsm and i want to lodged a complaint against Relaince GSM Service Provider,
    On 18/04/12 i recharged with Rs 26 of sms pack for one month but on 26/04/12 the company again deduct my balance to renew my sms pack bt i already recharged my sms pack for one month on 18/04/12 then why again company deduct my balance.
    Kindly U R requested to take a hard action against this and pls refund my balancea

    the problesm is taht at my number r world not working .
    i complente reagrding this 4 times to relaince customer care . but there is no solution till now.

    every month the balance cut automatically;and we ask customer care they don't give any
    type of answer and said to me i don't know anything.what can i do for this type of
    behavior,i think i block my no and use another service.
