Respected Sir,

my name is vikram kumar from delhi. I have purchased IDEA's new connection with
GPRS activated on 22th Aug. 2009. The seller told me that this device will give you
better internet I have advance charge of monthly rental of GPRS connection. When i
used GPRS connection it is not working. When i connect GPRS the tower goes out and
internet not working. Calls have also the same problem.

I have complaint many times to idea customer care, but there is not sufficient
response from them. I am also talk to their senior like "Manish", "Jatin", "Ravi",
"Harpreet", "Shalini", "Rajat", "Mohit", "Yogesh". But their is not sufficient
response.

Sir , many people bought that and they posted on forum so plz. as per complain of
all idea user, please take some action about this. We are really hurted and angry
with this service. We loss our valuable time and money and receive harassment from
the company employer. We don't leave our valuable money for this useless service.
