My airtel postpaid (which is converted to prepaid) is now blocked I am using this postpaid number (9959537853) for 2 years. Recently I converted it to prepaid. Documents were also submitted at Splendid Towers, Hyd on 13th July 2012. I even recharged & made calls on this number (9959537853) on 15th July but it is somehow made as free number now. Amount Deduction Dear Conceren
Am Amit on 18th of aug my 126 rs has been deducted from my main balence. after calling customer care person told that it was due to internet usage but i had already rechagrd for 98 rs 1 GB pack. Such type of prob i am facing regularly. kindly provide a solution

datacard bill complaint hallo sir my name is manikandan, i am in kknagar chennai,airtel was stopped service to my number. the number is 8056106601.upto june month they send hard copy bills to my address.in july they didnt send the bill.they informed me we will send the bill to your mail.i was checked my mail bill not came.then the custmor care persons told after a month you didnt pay bill.i told please send the bill i will pay that amount.then they ask what is your mail id sir.i told my id .before that they entered wrongly my id is "sweet.heartmani@gmail.com"but they entered "sweet.hotmani@gmail.com".after that he entered correct id and send bill in august 25.i was checked they entered penalty for delay payment.they did the mistake but delay payment for me.then september 7.i paid 75% of the bill amount.september 8 they disconnet my datacard connection.after i called custmor care they didnt give any response.so please consider this and do favour .thankyou

Documents were also submitted but last 7 day is not working i am calling many time of customer care and visiting dwarka new delhi ARC also but i am very despondent for airtel not any help for airtel side

Im proper service for sim activation Hi this is roshini from chennai. Recently i changed post paid to prepaid service and i have submitted all the documents. The airtel customer care person said it will become active within 24 hours. but this is my 2nd week and sim has not activated. in between i have went to airtel customer care 3-4 times and everytime i meet them they are telling that it will become active in 1 day.. i am totally got fed of this service and planning to change another network.. i need a resolution for this
