    Default Deactivation of mobile no.9855991406

    R/sir,

    I have forwarded the below mail as on 07th July,2009 for de-activation of my
    mobile connection no.9855991406. Than I received a call for paying my
    outstanding to e-activation of the same. After that they didnt de-activate
    my connection.

    I paid Rs.700/- out of bill amount and again forwarded request letter for
    de-activation for mobile connection. But till date I receiving mobile bill
    again and again with add retal charges while I m not using the said
    connection.

    When I visit the company showroom for solving the problem. They said that go
    with them who acitivate this connection.

    Sir, I am helpless, pls. give me solution to de-activation the said
    connection.

    I am not liable to pay any rental amount after July month while I have
    already forwarded my de-activation request letter.

    and then send us a written request duly signed along with your Proof of

    registered email id after clearing total outstanding bill, enabling us
    to do the needful.

    Further, please be informed that the amount of Rs.50 can be reversed in
    your account.
