Hi,

I buoyed a data card with no 8892507908 on 4 July 2012 from WIPRO Technologies campus. It has a plan of 198 Rs (Corporate Plan). I have been told by the salesman that in this plan I will get 1 GB data at 3.6 Mbps speed and after that speed will reduce to 256 Kbps for unlimited use (Even I took this in written on a paper).


I finished my 1 GB data on 7th July and after that my speed was 128 Kbps constantly with 98% signal strength. On July 8th I raised a complained regarding this with complained no 1-8846820490. I contacted to costumer care on July 12 and I have been told that complained is closed by some one without talking to me (strange).


On July 12, I raised the same complained again with complained no 1- 8889485610 and I wrote that please for God sick, somebody please talk to me before updating anything in the problem update field in case they are not satisfy with anything I said in the problem section.


I again called on July 18, & guess what, I came to know that somebody from backed team (name is Pavitra as told by your CC person) has updated that she called the costumer(Me) on July 17th bla bla bla... but the reality is that "NOBODY CALLED ME TILL NOW " I am waiting for some call till today.


Conclusion is that the issue is not resolve yet and no body is willing to contact me to solve the issue even this problem is from last 10 days at-least.


This is absurd now. I am fed-up with these things. Previously my experience with AIRCEL was not good at all and for that reason I took everything in written by your sales person
