the reliance fun pack gets activated automatically and they charge 30 rupees without even informing the consumer.it has happened to earlier also and i was left with negative balance on my cell.when i intimated the customer care,they deactivated it.now after nearly 2 months it has again been activated.when i complained they said it was my fault to activate it.when i asked when it was activated they say at 2.17 pm today,and know what i was at my tutorial giving a test with my cell at silent.this proves how big liars these realiance cdma people are.when i checked my call lists to check whether it was activated mistakenly,i did not find any such thing.secondly,the people attending our calls at customer care speak with rudeness and in a very non-cooperating tone.something needs to be done,i have lost nearly 90 rupees in this manner.my biggest problem is not the loss of money,but my helplessness to reach to the culprits.even nobody gives the procedure to complain to higher authorities.stronger and stricter laws are needed to stop such frauds being carried out.there should be a mobile service watchdog,to ensure our hard earned money doesn't go waste.
