i was using airtel number and stopped using it a month back..i had almost rs70 in my account.. after a gap of one month when i tried to use the number again i found out that my account has a balance of rs -30.. when i called the customer center they said i had activated cricket pack.. as i dont have any interest in cricket.. they said that the amount will be credited to my account within 24 hours and till date it has not been credited.. try calling customer complain center its really hard to connect and if u get connected also they just hang up..:D
