Airtel not allowing me to port out to other network. Hi,
I made a request to port out from airtel to relaince , but after few days it got rejected. They told me a excuse that this number is new and could not be ported out before 90 days, while I am using this number from last two year and the service provider is same"airtel.Their excuse is a big lie, please find my old mobile bill details which is of 28-sep-2010.
If I changed this from postpaid to prepaid then whats I did wrong, for me its still airtel. It was my second unsuccessful attempt. I really too much frustrated and get tired from excuses, please help me because it seems there is no hope to get rid of my problem.
My mobile number is 9971009472.
And unique port ID is ad769815.

Airtel disconnected outgoing calls for my postpaid number 9910937817 without any proper notification. Reason: Address verification not done. If your executive cannot verify my home address then whose fault is this? I did not even get a call from your executive saying that he is not able to find my home. I would have given him directions to reach home. What kind of poor customer care is this?

I am left with no options but to take help of the consumer court.

airtel a fraud company deducting wrong balances At 8:01 Am i sent message on loacl number and i received 8 messages from airtel that your 5 rs has been deducted leading to deduction of total 40 Rs. I have been using Airtel from last 2 years and i complaint them regarding dis , but dey said it is in our system that you hav sent these messages , when i have not sent . Now i want to port out , but airtel is not ready to tell me how to port out , they are saying that we will not allow you to port out , when i said you cant trap a customer , you are deducting wrong balance and dont even letting me to port out they said this is our policy . Now what should i do to come out of this trap , and this game of Airtel.

sms issues hi i have airtel as my provider fr my mobile number
for more than a month cant send msgs and have complained about it as well and still no resolution and im seriously not happy with the same and they keep on billing me for the services i cant use!!
pathetic!!!
and now when i want to port it out, i have to send a msg which is the concern here i cant port it out without sending a msg for the port out thingy, worst provider ever!!

Hello,
I want to port out from Airtel to a corporate plan but airtel is not letting me port out and telling me that I am an old valuable customer and they don't want to let me go...it's been more than a month and I have sent port out requests 3 times now...they call me to know why I want to port out and when I explain,they try to give me some new plan but WHY DON'T THEY UNDERSTAND that I want to MOVE OUT!! and they cut the call in the middle of the conversation EVERY TIME! I am facing immense inconvenience for more than a month because of AIRTEL !! I request you to please let me PORT OUT IMMEDIATELY!
