Airtel Prepaid to postpaid switch - Cheated

Hi,

Im Manasa. I have been using airtel prepaid from past 4years for which i got a call 2months back regarding an offer to switch to post paid. As i was also thinking to swtich to postpaid by then, i have agreed to it.
They have sent a person to collect the documents and money of 500rs. They gave me a postpaid sim card and informed me that it will be activated in 48 hrs.
After waiting for 4 days i tried calling the same number-9008063172(Bhavya) from which they had corresponded with me earlier. No one was picking. Later after a month someone from different number-8861317025 called and told me that they are going to activate the sim that day.

It has been 2months by now that i have paid the amount and submitted documents. Im not quite sure how to proceed in this case
Please let me know if anything can be done in this case

I didnt recieve any call. Atleast let me know if this couldnt be resolved, so that i can think of alternatives
