I activated the one week trial offer of mobile TV service on my DOCOMO number +918791461311 a week ago. Before the subscription could be renewed I sent a request to deactivate the service by sending STOP TV to 155223. When I received no confirmation message I sent the message two more times(over the period of 2 days). Still I didn't receive the confirmation. So I called customer care to check whether the service had actually been stopped or not. As per the best of my knowledge I called the customer service at least twice to confirm the same thing. Each time I was told that there is no activated service on my number. In the mean time I kept receiving messages telling me that the service will be renewed on 12th of July. On 13-07-2012 I see a message from DOCOMO notifying me of the balance deduction from my account as Mobile TV service has been renewed. On seeing that When I called customer care I was talked to with no empathy whatsoever and was clearly told that it's my mistake that I didn't receive confirmation message. It's not just the balance deduction that has been troubling me it's the overall service of DOCOMO which causes the problem. .
