k790i Repair. on 24th Aug I have given my mobile for repair at Sony Erricson Noida Centre. The service centre promised it will be repair in 4 days and now it 1 month the mobile is not repaired.
Work order number: SE30902111470
I call at the customer care number 1800 11 1800, and every time they say cell phone will be repair in 2 days. I am really fed up with the attitude of Sony Erricson customer care centre.
Please help me. I paid 17 thousand for the cell phone and they are not able to repair it on time; causing me lot of inconvience.

Dear Mr. Sandeep,
Kindly send a written complaint to the service centre. Give them a time frame of maximum 15 days to return the repaired handset in that time frame. Also mention that if they will not provide you any help in that time period, you are going to file your complaint in Consumer Forum against that Service Centre.

I send them a email stating the same, I have recieved my cell phone but they took 1 month and 3 days for repairing it whilst Sony Ericson states that they will repair the handset in 4 day. This they claim in their website as well.
Since they took more than month, I need to buy another cell phone. Causing me unnecessary expenditure. I would prefer they compensate for the same.
