This is the mail which i have recieved from airtel.This has happened after 6months of complaining to customer care.There is problem in their network and services and they are properly giving customerfeedback.They have put me into mental torture for all these daysfor non payment.They have deactivated the servicesand they are not solving the issues.I am ready to pay but they are not solving the problems.please take necessary action.Note i have already registered a complain with nodal officer.
