    Unhappy Vodafone Mobile Postpaid Payment Complaint



    Vodafone Service is Pathetic.
    I got new connection with 299 rental +299 data(9619800096) before some months.
    Now they charged me 299 rental without data plan.
    when i asked to check the application form and revise the bill. they are not revising it.
    who is responsible for this ?? anyone here to help vodafone customers ??

    PS:Seems they are going to make a case on this. I'm going to defend their case and get big money for getting me trouble always. send your suggestions on this too.

    Thanks for your effort.
    Preeti is the person who helped me to get the problem solved to some extend.
    But the bill has not been updated yet. hope i need to wait till 25th. Will make the payment later.

    Vodafone = loss of money + creates mental agony.
    Please do not cheat customers like this.

    Default complain against vodafone

    some day before, i have taken a connection vodafone postpaid, and my credit limit was Rs. 900, when i m using service, vodafone increase my bill Rs.3000, after the some a a vodafone executive call me, and he said that, please deposit Rs. 1000 after all you have to not deposit any more amount, i did it...
    now vodafone call me again, and saying that, i have to deposit rest amount....
    what will i do?????
    i m student, i have not earning...
    plz help me.....

    Angry Received Fraud vodafone Postpail bill month of Feb2013

    Dear Team Consumer Forum,


    My self brijesh champaneri My vodafone cell number is 9167067757. i m very surprising to see the biil of Feb13 is 4992.23 rs .Its show totaly wrong bill . This is second time i have recievd wrong bill . In Aug2012 i have got 3692.15 rs bill after so many reminder and call to customer they finally agreed to accept mistake of wrong bill and deducted 2308 rs .but seen again i m facing the same problem now i got 4883.23 rs bill month of feb2013 . i have given mail to vodafonecare.mum@vodafone.com and so many reminder given but still no any reply. I have talked with customer care department for analyze the bill its show its charge 2600 rs for internet charges even after my data plan active. also at last day i have checked the remaining data its was still remaining around 100 MB . It means show totally fraud bill doing by vodafone .
    I need help to short out the issue and take positively action.

    This is to inform you that Vodafone Pospaid Service has charged me a wrong bill since month of Feb, 2011 and still they are not coming up with proper resolution. I am cordinating with them since months but all the staffs are useless and no revert them. It seems to be pure cheating to customers.

    Default Vodafone is abig cheat

    I have been using Vodafone number for past one year...My number is 7838934665...
    Three weeks back I had applied for a Portability request...Later i got a call from Vodafone customer care for not
    goin ahead with my Portability request and they offered me an alternative.. A better plann..
    I was told that If I convert my no into a Post Paid one then my call rated would be reduced... Since I was being Loyal to Vodafone, i accepted the request...
    The company rep came to my residence and collected my adddress proof and handed me my sim card..
    Later the number was dicontinued because the company encountered some problem with my address...I told them that I had submitted the correct address, but
    the mistake from company's dide as it was wrongly fed into the computer..
    However, no action was taken and my call war barred on 20 Apr 2013
    Subsequently, I called up the Vodafone customer care and explained that the address proof submitted by me is coorrect but the Vodafone centre has actually misfed wrong address in computer...
    20 such calls were made, but no action was taken by you..
    on 24 Apr, i went to Vodafone sevice cenre in south Ex-Delhi and met Mr tarun and explained the problem..
    He traced my address proof and found out that the document submitted by me was correct and it was a mistake on Vodafone's side..
    However, he promised me that the mistake will be rectifien and my number will be actvated immidiately...

    Nothing has happened till date...
    I want to tell every one about how big a cheat your company is
    I have all the proof of call recordas and the address proof submitted to you..
    I have sufferd a lot

    I want to submit that you are a cheat company..
    I will take a new connection tomorrow..
    But I will make sure that I tell the entire world about hoe unporffesional u are by putting the details of this incidence on FACEBOOK and NEWSPAPER as well
    I have all proofs to suppoirt my arguement...
