How Airtel Compay Treats Their Costumer Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to Inform you How Airtel company treats their
customer.
I am a postpaid Costumer and I was using an airtel Number for quite some time, I happened to lose my sim card when traveling, So i decided to apply for a new connection with a new number, was fed up of my old number as I used to get many promotional calls from airtel,
I applied for A new connection with no promotional calls from airtel, paid my old bill 1800/- by cheque, and inserted it in the drop box,
after few weeks my dad gets a cal from airtel asking him my new number, my dad gets suspicious, he refuses to give my new number, as he was not sure who the person was, a lady from airtel who is speaking to my dad threatens to disconnect his no if he did not give my number, but my dad just refused, my dad forgot to inform me in time as he got busy with work,
after few days the same lady calls my friend, and says, I am calling from airtel please give me Brannigan's no, by now I got to know all the calls this lady was making to get my number, I visited Airtel gallery and Checked what is the problem, there was A wrong date mentioned on the cheque, so I reissued a new one,
She gets my number calls me and asks me what is the reason for not paying your bill, I told her I had Inserted the Cheque In the drop box, but due to a wrong date I issued a new Cheque and Its done,
I Told her this is not right calling up my friends and asking them my new number, you could have just sent me a letter at home and I would Check the payment status, I was very angry with this lady, she told me If I dont pay the amount she would disconnect my new number, and she just hangs up,
the lady who used to cal me her no is +91 7738399589, +9177381521153 I cant get her name I think its Sudiksha... or if you cal the number you can ask who was handling my case...
well is this the was to speak to a costumer, I find this very Cheap and Unprofessional of Airtel, I want you to take action on this.
