My name is mahendra rathor,I have buy idea no. 08685912281 on 2 june 2012 in 40 rupees from its diller,they told me to give the balance 240 rupees, but only 100 rupees crediate in my account.and before 3 days, they have started hello tune without any demand,and after that I have 2 recharge 25,25 rupees.But after some time ,I have checked my balance found nil.I have also called Custermer Care but they didnot give me any responce.
So I requested to you to solve my problem.

Dear Sir/ma'am, Today on 14/06/2012 at 10:03 a.m. i got a call from Gaurav representative of Idea who said that ur query has resolved i m returning ur money and deactivating ur service.I didnt understand what he is deactivating if there is no service in my account.He returned my 20 rs which was wrongly charged.After returning 20 rs i havd 50.43 rs in my account.When i used my Internet the balance is deducted from my my main account even my 98 rs gprs pack is valid till 27th july 2012.Then i knew what he deactivated.Rs 50 from my account is debited for internet usage.This is the good way to cheat customers.This is gud way return 20 rs and deduct 148 rs(98 gprs pack and 50 main account balance..Plz tell me clearly if u dont want i use Idea services.What i do next plz tell me clearly.
