    This has the reference of my complaint to TATA DOCOMO No. 531663 .
    The details of my complaints are as follows:
    I received a sms from tata docomo that by recharge of Rupees 199, I
    will get 400mb+ 1.6 gb data + other benefits. So I did this recharge
    done on 25 June 2012, but I got the message that "your request
    accepted" . however by date I did not receive any data plan.
    I tried to talk to customer care executive but the option to talk to
    CCE was abolished deliberately.
