they have taken rs 500,,, from me on 18th july for converting my prepaid to postpaid ...

they tell me the false plan saying 20% discount on the bill.... they using infair trade practice.
on 21st july the activation department says me this not in this plan.
Even they tell me different tariff rates.
Nexus services are totally lied me all about the plan.

i want some serious action against them.

i want my money back(rs 500) as i given them as the activation charge.
so i visited the nexus service office , they said me u will recive ur cheque in 30 days but still i doesnt recieve any cheque.

i complaint to idea costomer care . but still my problem is not solved.
i emailed many times to idea costomer care... now they not replying me now.


so kindly help me .... ..
