Dear Sir,
This is to intimate you that I am an ex-armed forced personal and presently working as Associate processor on department of ECE at Sir Padampat Sighania University, Udaipur. I have obtained mobile connection from AIRTEL having SIM no. 9950261240 during Jun 2009.A certificate from the competent authority was submitted on the letter head as proof of residence and copy of PAN card was submitted for photo identification. During last two months I have received four calls from AIRTEL for verification of address and responded to their calls quite satisfactorily. In spite of all that my SIM is blocked on 30th August, 2009. I have consulted to the customer care at nodal office Jaipur and they have intimated that my address is incorrect. I would like to know, whether letter issued by the authority is false. As a matter of fact, they are harassing the customers to charge extra money from them in the form of bribe. Blocking of SIM has caused great mental and financial losses to me .Already another three faculty members are also victim of the AIRTEL Company. Time and again they are giving different reasons. Earlier they have explained me that my address was incorrect. When I asked them to show my SIM requisition in orginal, then they said that I have not responded to their telephonic address verification. I have attended to their telephone calls. Inspite of all that they have blocked my SIM. To earn money through unfair mean they are intentionally harassing the customer.
Further to add that I have consulted the Call Centre at Udaipur and the concerned person has intimated that my number is blocked since I have not responded to their telephone calls on 25 Aug 2009. So I need to apply for a fresh SIM. However, I have attended to their telephonic calls for four times during last two months and I have not received any call from Airtel on 25th August 2009 and there is no sign of miscall in my mobile too. Initially they have intimated me that my address is incorrect. Already I have reported the issue to the nodal officer and there is no outcome. Either you establish my connection and restore my SIM else you may kindly return my balance amout.I have reported the issue to ‘The Telecom Consumers Protection and Redressal of Grievance of TRAI. However, they have directed me to report to you for a solution’. Hence, I have submitted my representation seeking your intervention on the issue for a needful action and payment of my balance amount.

Air Customer care employees are playing faul game Dear Sir,
Further to add that the employee of Airtel working in customer care centre are playing faul game. Time and again they are intimating me that the said number 9950261240 is not a valid number.The said number is a valid number which is blocked by airtel after using the same for 2 months time. Lastly, I may approach to the local court for the same. I do not understand what could be the fate of the nation if the action can be taken by the regulatory authorities or the consumer court even against a private operator those are spreading corruption and creating mean to earn money through corrupt practices.

Request for disconnection of 9793199990 Dear Sir,
I am having above connection and want to disconnect the same. I had made one
written request at Allahabad franchise M/s Shaan Traders on 6/05/10 and cleared
all bills.
They collected the Sim card and destroyed the same and phone was not in use
since then.
But I was surprised when I received a bill no.253543353 dt.6/6/10 for
Rs.206.80.
I would request you to look into the matter and check how a bill is raised for
a connection which is not in use.
This is totally unfair.
I am having 2 more connections, after this unfair dealing I am not in mood to
continue any more with Airtel.

This is to inform you that I am getting calls from two unknown airtel numbers from 20 days, someone is teasing me by calling me and sending me messages on my Airtel number. Compaint Against Airtel Nodal/Appellate officers delhi I am an airtel Mobile phone user, my airtel no is 9818316195.
I have bought NOkia C3 Mobile on 12.10.2010 from faridabad for my airtel phone no 9818316195. Airtel has offred a scheme with Nokia C3 that they will provide free 2 GB GPRS pack for 6 month. Airtel has confirmed as i will insert my airtel sim in my nokia c3 phoen the facility will automatically start. but it has not started in three -four days so i had called customer care 121 they had told me they will resolve my problem in 72 hrs. but that 72 hrs duration repeated for more than 15 days. After that i had called nodal officer delhi, i had send them all concerened document like invoice & reciept of my Nokia C3 phone by mail through their local airtel office in faridabad. After that they were saying your problem will be resolevd in 24 hrs. but than after my problem has not resolved then i had written appellate officer & had a word with them, they also committed the same thing to resolve my problem in 24 hrs. but now it is more tha 42 days that my problem is not resolved.
Please take som eaction against Airtel team

Refund Security Money My Airtell No. is 9829017660. I have been changed my connection from post paid to life time pre paid. I deposited Rs.750/- as security Money. and after that i deposited Rs.999/- and my connection changed from post paid to life time pre paid. I have complaint many time for refund the Security money at your office 3-5, Ganpati Plaza, MI Road, Jaipur. But still today nither i have received security money nor any information about refund security.
So understanding as a old & respective regular custmer please solve my problem and oblige me.

Wrongly charged for GPRS (almost Rs. 5000) Sir
This complaint is regarding the Airtel Mobile No. 8890009555 (Jaipur) Registered under Anil Saxena. On 5 or 6 Feb (not sure of exact date, but it was either of them) I went to your ARC at Sodala and requested to activate Mobile Office (Rs.98: 2 GB Plan) along with Unlimited SMS Plan (Rs.99: 500 SMS daily). That time they wrote down my no. on a paper and told me that it would be activated by today or tomorrow. On a precautionary side I called up Customer Care at 121 on the same night and asked the particular CCE to activate both these plans for which the CCE told me that it would be activated in 4 Hrs. Now I started using my Number for calls, Group SMSes and to check my mails and browsing Internet. When the Bill got generated to may Dismay, I was shocked to see my Bill of Rs. 5,600 as my normall bill always ranges from Rs. 1,200 to Rs.1,800. Now when I checked my details in the E-bill I was surprised to see that around Rs. 5,600 of GPRS usage was there only on charges of 30p/20Kb and that my Mobile office didnt get activated on the request to both ARC & CCE. This was solely due to the fact that ARC & CCE either didnt forwarded my request or they forgot to do that. But beacuse of all this I am suffering. i never expected this from Airtel. Till now I have lodged complaint with the CCE (198), Tonk Road ARC & Appellate authority but nothing concrete has been done. Infact they are telling me that when they check it on 121 its not showing any request for Mobile Office for which I am strongly saying that please check the recordings and for the ARC they are saying that no request has come from their side. Now how I am responsible for the negligence from both their sides. Since I am Engineer I new this thing that I would be using Internet often for browsing & mails and without the plan it is going to cost me very much and hence I should get the MO plan activated. Even some people from your side are telling me that there was a 100Mb plan GPRS plan which got activated on my no due to some combo offer of Nokia X2. Now I should tell you that I have never even seen Nokia X2 forget about using it, from the starting I am using my Nokia N97 and I purchased this no from M/s Jyoti Enterprises,Jawahar Nagar, Jaipur directly without any combo. Whenevver I have tried calling the Nodal Officer of Airtel Rajasthan - Mr. Sandeep Jain on 9928034865 the no always goes on waiting thru IVR for around 5-10 mins and finally gets disconnected. Now please do the needful and solve the issue and stop Harassing me.
