    Default unsubcription from NDNC

    Dear sir,

    my mob number 8011794255 was registered in "do not disturb " under fully blocked category on 20/04/2012 and my reference number for registration is s1100736836.

    But i want to unsubscribe from it and therefore i recently tried to unsubscribe from it by sending sms "stop 0" to 1909. But till date i have not been able to complete the request because the system denies every time i do so.

    So i am unhappy with your service . So i earnestly request the honor to solve my problem within a short period of time . I would be much obliged to you if you do that.

    Default Wrong commitment from Airtel regarding Service visit

    Dear Sir

    I am using an Airtel digital TV ( ID 3008423999) I've launched a complaint ( No.20876325) dated :- 16-07-2012 regarding No signal problem.
    During the call with customer care representative, he mentioned not to pay any charge to the Airtel engineer.

    Airtel Engineer Mr. Prem ( Employee ID FD50101 ) had visited me on 17-07-2012 and demanded visit charge. He made me speak to the supervisor Mr. Sunil Kumar. Both were very rude and highly unprofessional. I refused to pay him the visit charges and gave him the reference of my conversation with the customer care department of Airtel. Mr. Prem didn't fix my problem and left without suggesting anything regarding the Problem. THIS IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE FROM INDIA"S MOST RESPECTED COMPANIES EMPLOYEES.

    I immediately spoke to Mr. Yasin from the customer care department and explained the whole issue. He admitted that I've been wrongly committed and his supervisor will speak to me to resolve this issue. He also admitted that if the supervisor won't call than this would be the second wrong commitment from Airtel.

    As per my Phone records I've called him at 12:02 ( 17-07-2012 ) and it is already 2 pm ( 17-07-2012 ).

    I can't take this wrong commitment and Mental harassment from Airtel and request you to look into this matter at the earliest.

    I ALSO SUGGEST TO TRAIN YOUR SERVICE PEOPLE APPROPRIATELY SO THAT THEY RESPECT CUSTOMERS MORAL AND ETHICAL VALUE ANDALSO BEHAVED PROPERLY

    I look forward for your further action regarding my complaint number 20876325.
    I've received a call from Airtel stating that I don't have to pay any visit charge and my problem will be resolved within a day or two. Nothing has been resolved and It's been 5 days.
    When I called up Airtel Customer care today and spoke to Mr. Vinay Shankar ( floor supervisor ) from Airtel North India hub. He has mentioned again to pay the visit charges. This is like a game play for Airtel with No customer respect.
    I've sent emails regarding this ( dated 17.07.2012, 21.07.2012 and 25.07.2012 ) but my problem hasn't been resolved. On the contrary my daily burn rate is continue getting deducted from my account without using the same.
    I request you to please take appropriate action on this.

    Default Unfair deductions in airtel

    Hi
    Airtle deduct Rs. 29 for autorenewal of SMS pack(in Oct) which i activated in August for 28 days.
    I received SMS to deactive and i replied with STOP for same to deactivate and also the pack not activated in month of september and during that Rs.1 per SMS also charged to me.
    When i tried to know how they can deduct by their own they argued that SMS service will be self activated service and they did not sent the SMS to STOP the service and this service can't be stopped with SMS.

    Please help me to stop the cheating by company..

    Angry grievance airtel

    Airtel has not activated my sim card 9550425850,it has been more than 20 days I was promised that sim will be activated within 48 hours.I have submitted my documents twice in airtel office.Poor and pathetic customer services from airtel.

    Default Fradulent and misrepresentation of 2G plan with AIRTEL

    With great regret I am writing this Email as I have suffered a lot of bad customer service with Airtel.
    I activated 2 G services on my account on the 19th dec 2012 and to my surprise the connection got barred on the 21st dec 2012 and the reason given was high internet usuage and on 22nd the credit limit was increased and got the connection to be barred again on the 24th dec 2012.
    I would have wasted at least 2 hrs speaking to your customer service reps and no one seems to understand the problem.
    My simple question is I am on a 149 2G unlimited plan and on an unlimited plan even if I use 20 GB how does that matter and how does that matter if I take the connection on the 1st of the month or on the 1st day of the billing cycle.
    The product was mis sold to me as no one told that the services will be barred if the usage is high and what is high usage on an unlimited plan.
    I was on call with Nithya on the 25th Dec at 1 AM in the morning and when she was unable to address my query I asked for some supervisor trust me she put me on hold for 16 minutes and no one spoke and I had to cut the call and call back at least 5 times requesting for the supervisor to speak and no one from vijay,rahul,shanker and Ratheesh transferred the call to the supervisor and they all put me on hold for more than 5 minutes.
    RATHEESH also said they would not have information regarding who I spoke to last with AIRTEL customer service which is a complete wrong information and Rahul told me that the information is available to all and he misled me.All promised that Gomathi who is the supervisor would call back in 2 hrs but no one ever did call back.
    It was a very bad customer experience and if this continues I will have to switch my cell provider.
    What amazes is that all gave wrong information and even Harish who spoke as Supervisor said the connection will not be barred as the Credit limit is enhanced to RS 8000.
    I Want your teams to listen to all the recordings and ensure proper action is taken against all the agents and supervisors mentioned above as I am sure other customers are also going through this.

    On wednesday Jan 2 2013, I visited an Airtel shop at Anna Nagar, Madurai to get a Nano sim for my Iphone 5 for an existing post paid number but I was informed that this number is a chennai circle number and they can't provide me a new sim card instead instructed me to go another shop in BB kulam to cut the SIM for iphone 5(I was charged 50 for it) I did the same and from then I m facing a lot of issues(now I cant put the new sim in any other phone) .I have contacted customer care numerous times nearly 10-15 times .One customer care agent requested me to visit the shop again to get the issue resolved, I left all my work to visit the shop again but again the same result no proper response .I have even escalated the issue . One of the customer care supervisor promised me to deliver an Nano sim card to my address in madurai but I have not even received a single call regarding this issue .

    I have a simple question If I have purchased a sim when i was living chennai and I move to madurai, if I want a new sim You require me to go to chennai leaving all my work in madurai behind to get a new sim ?I can understand if its a different state but within the same state ? I dont get it ..

    Angry payment of my bill might have not been updated at Pune /Mumbai office

    Respected Sir/Madam,

    I am having mobile connection in the name of Damle Kanchan having no. 98701 77405, repeatedly I am getting phone calls from Mumbai office about my arrears, I have told them that I have deposited that money at your authorized centre named Tele star Communisystem Pvt. Ltd. Swaroop Complex, Karve road Pune 411 004 but your officers or whomever the person may be asked me to tell Tele star to update the record. Is this a fare thing to say? I am giving my details of payments:

    Date 14th December 2012 Receipt No. 31612 for Rs. 830.00

    Date 02nd January 2013 Receipt No. 32286 for Rs 720.00

    Please note, at this movement I have not received any SMS regarding receipt of payment from your side. Pl. ask to Tele star to update record.
