    Default Poor customer care

    This is regarding the poor customer care provided by authorised sony centre at visakhaptnam. I have registred a complaint on 3/6/2010 regarding my television. Considering the brand image if " Sony " i presumed that my television would be repaired quickly. However i am deeply disappointed by the service centre. Every time i get to hear that the they would be sending the technician tomorrow. After repeated foolw up( the phone is always engage or no one attends the call) technician turned up on wednesday (8th)and said that he would bring the damage part on the follwing day. However ,no one has turned up till now. Today is 13 th and there is no response.

    I had very good image of sony. but now i deeply frustrated.If they cannot attend the complaints what is the use of authorised service centre.

    dear sir,
    i have purchased a sony bravia led 26 inches from vijayawada sony show room. The service person was rude to us in fitting the tv on wall. i have a complain to the vijayawda seervice centre and i requested him to send a service person for re installation and re demostration it was about to two days while we are calling them to send the service person then also they are giving the proper response so i want to take the severe action to the service centre.


    i had a good image of sony but now i think it is good for name not for the service

    Default complaints regarding Sony items purchased and subsequent installations

    Date- 18/10/2011

    I purchased a LED Full HD Sony T.V. Model no. 32EX420 from Myers Kushwaha Radio by wide cash memo no. 179 dated 12-10-2011. I along with the TV purchased Home Theater system DAVTZ135. In the purchased made by depositing an additional Rs. 1750, I was assured of an Airtel full HD DTH and on scratching the card a number 6694993671057655 was indicated. Till today, neither has the DTH being installed and connection been provided nor has the Home Theatre system been installed. The LED tv was installed after 2 days but the remaing installations are pending. Repeated requests made to the dealer over telephone is having no response while promises are made daily frm the dealer and their service centre at Renukut, U.p.

    It is pertinent to state that before purchasing the items above mentioned I told the dealer to confirm delivery and installation the next day (13-10-2011) in order to make the deal final. He promptly assured that it would be done on the contrary nothing is being done at their end.
    And the installations remained incomplete so far as the offer.

    This is the first time l made a Sony India purchase and the experience that l confronted is heartening. I am afraid if delivery an installations take so many days what will be the faith in service if and when required.
    Considering the facts as above stated, necessary actions be taken at your end to install the DTH connections and the sound systems immediately, thereby, not prompting me to hesitate to buy a Sony product again. Further to inform I had decided to buy Sony products for occasions in the family, but now l have to rethink.

    I have given complaint to your Trichy,Tamilnadu service center on 20/10/2011 after tried about 15 min(phone is mostly engaged) regarding my Sony T.V.Complaint no:3448.Though my repeated reminder calls daily,no response till now.Please ask your service team to attend immediately...Benedict.

    Default Sony ericsson bad services

    iI had baught SONY ERICSSON EXPERIA X10 in JULY 2010 from COM COM electronics, Rajori Garden market for Rs. 27000.
    With in few days my handset started to hang again and again. At times it used to get hanged at the time of unlock and manier times at the time of receiving calls. Everybody use to complaint me that my audibility was very low on their phones, but i was confident that a new series Rs.27000 handset can not be bad.
    In July 2011 however i got my phone updated from the company authorised workshop in Kamla Nagar.
    And after that day my phone is not woking properly.
    It gets hanged on receiving calls.
    It TURNS OFF while receiving calls.

    Now from last !5 days my phone is with that same COMPANY AUTHORIZED repair centre. They say that some stupid part is to be changed and that part is not avalaible with the company.

    I feel being looted by the SONY ERICSSON COMPANY.
    I have purchased trouble for myself by purchasing this product of SONY ERICSSON for RS.27000.

    Default Complaint against Authorized service cenyer ACE service center in Rajouri Garden

    This complaint is regarding the poor service facities provied by the "certified" sony service centres. I have been to this so called certified sony service centre in Rajouri Gah ofhey have taken my TV on 25trden( ACE Service Center) for repair of My LED TV. The staff out there do not attend the customers call properly & they don,t give the correct feadback. They have taken my TV on 25th of Oct but till date they have not returend after repaire. On every call they answer that today it will be delivered, but they are not delivered yet.

    I humbly request you to look into this matter and take appropriate actions against the mentioned service centre.

    Dated 29/09/2011 mene apna sony music system mhc-gnz777d repairing ke liye sony authorised centre neosa electronics pvt ltd, 20 aurobindo road salkia, howrah 711100, mein repair ke liye diya tha service job sheet no. 1586. Uske ek mahine yani 25/10/2011 ko phone karke sercive charge aur parts ka charge batate hai, jo ki mene kaha thik hai aap repair kar dijiye mein de doonga, magar last 25 days se mein jab bhi phone karta hoon kahte hai abhi repair nahi hua hai, kya sony apni product ko repair karne mein do mahine lagata hai, tab toh aage se hum sony par koi biswas nahi karenge.

    I have purchased lcd 32EX500 from m/s gupteshwar enterprises , similiguda,koraput,orissa on nov 2010.a noice is coming from tv and when power switch is put on
    the tv becomes on without using remote. i have made a cmplain from last one month to dealer as well as your service engineer so many times but both are not attending

    Angry Worst service ever

    I have given one my music system at ur service station in bapuji nagar Bhubaneswar.model no is MHC-GNZ8D//CSP2 , job noWS100004412010300024
    I have given the set on 03.01.2012. Toady on 11.02.2012they r telling that the part is not available and the system is now good fr nothing a waste . Dabs hai gar le jaiye Bol rah hain. Jab parts ban hi nevi skate to music system ban ate hai kyun. 2009 ki system ki aap dmp board nevi mil rah hai. To roz naya product nikalte kyun hai. Taki ki hum kharid ke ushki daba banayae . Really shame on Sony

    Default Long time taken to repair my camera

    sir/madam

    This complaint is regarding the poor service facities provied by the "certified" sony service centres. I have been to this certified sony service centre in Shillong NEAR STEP BY STEP SCHOOL BELOW OM BOOKS BARIK SHILONG - 793001
    T:0364 2506063for repair of my digital camera(DSC -T99 serial no 606009). I have given for repair of the camera and after repair THE PHOTO IS STILL NOT CLEAR. I again give for repair to the same centre on 25/11/2011 ( Job no 1605 ) but till date no action taken.The staff out there inform me that the spare has not come, every time i ask for the same.Receptionist Signanature bear the name S.GATPHOH

    I humbly request you to look into this matter and take appropriate actions for repair of my camera because it has been a long time.
    I am a fan of SONY and most of my gadget are Sony Make.
    I hope you will not let me down
