    Default bsnl cheating on peoples money

    sir i am naidu.i am using bsnl number.recently i used bsnl hello tunes for my number.they are charged.30rs,2rs,2rs,12rs on my number .they charged 4 rs extra on my mobile.i am called 5 times to bsnl custmer care on this issue,i didn,t get proper response on this issue.they are saying "server is down please call us tomarrow". i got loss 20 thousend because of balance deduction.i want to file a case against bsnl.how ?is it possible to recover my loss because of bsnl .i have proofs for all these.

    Same thing has happened with me. I never requested the BSNL tunes service.
    I made repeated complaints to remove the service. BSNL marks the service request complete , saying the tunes will be deactivated with in 72 hours. But no action is being taken. Everytime, I do a recharge they deduct money from the account.
