I am using the Vodafone postpaid connection from past 1 year from the first month i am billed extra i was having two connection i closed one but still i was charged for it when i spoke about this they told me that they spoke with me on my other number but the other number is closed day i took Vodafone . i was billed many times and with out my knowledge i was also billed for VAS orders like F&F service and Missed call Alart which i have never used. Without my knowledge they provided the Refund of my deposited but i asked the refund for this extra services but they did not provide the refund when i call them they never spoke in Proper way Even the Nodel Offercers are of no use they done know what to speak , i have shifted my address which is comercial area but i dont get network i get lot of cross connection i called then told them but nothing is happen till now . They also call me 10 times in day to pay the bill before my billing date

sir i p.ashish raj from hyderabad city... 3 months ago i got a call from vodafone with the number 9052281594 stating that there is a plan to convert prepaid to postpaid by paying amount of rs.350/-,, and i said im interested with this.. the executive informed me that he will be coming next morning for documents.,, and i submiited all the documents and payed the amount of 350/-... 2 days later the verification is done..and atlast my application had been rejected due to some problems in verification,,,,so my postpaid is cancelled... so wat about my money now i want my money back...im calling this number 9052281594 daily but she is not at all lifting the phone and there is no response.... this is very ridiculous very bad service by vodafone.... so take an action on that number and return my amount as soon as possible so please make in favour of me....

Nodal and Appelate of Vodafone never respond through mail. I had sent a few mails to both these officers in which I clearly mentioned to communicate with me via mail only, but after a few days I got the response that "We have communicated you but you didn't recieved our call".
I am facing SMS related problem since a long time no body is listening to me whereas in past I got some incorrect information from Customer Care Representative for which I lost around Rs.100 from my balance, but I didnt get any proper response from Vodafone... Really Vodafone is a CHEATER
i had a number of vodafone i was using this number since 2004 to 2010. but suddenly tehy have send me anoymus bill which i have not used.. they closed my number and chrged me somemore extra bill with lots of unusual charges, my actually bill was on 10% and againg this bill they are demanding 90% means 80% extra to your actual bill. i hae send so many complain and sent to their nodal officer but nevr reply from them side.. also sent to telecom complain at misnistry.. but they have sue a case againt me , i was present on court for bill settlement but when i was in court judge say i was a cse of fraud for cheque bounce.. i saw that cheque even that cheque was not mine, even sign was not mine , infact the cheque was present in court the Ecen i dont have ans bank account in such bank, even the win case couse i was not financially strong and i dont have power to fight againgt this such big cheater company.. there lawyer outside says u cant do anythng againt this company..coz they have money and power which they use on their customer, i wss totally harrashed by this decission..

sir i m vodafone customer i have been using it since 4 years ,my mobile no. is 9986796896
1.) sir i have received a msg from co. in Dec that "to reach the target of this month recharge of Rs.20 then u ll get extra talk time of Rs.24" so on 18 Dec i have recharged of Rs.30 but i got only Rs.10 ,still i have get Rs.14
2.) after conforming the costomice offer i have rechrged Rs.145 for full talk time but i got only Rs.126.46 here also i have to get Rs.16
so total Rs.30 i have to ,i have given complaints to customer care but they have not given any response
so pls help the vodafone customers to save them self from cheating

i would lie to share my experience with you.
MY vodafone number is 9985810202 (PREPAID).....
i have recharged my mobile with 21 (sma pack) to have sms traiff reduced to 1ps.
I rechanged my mobile on ugadi this year and got a confirmation on the same day , but even then i waited for one day as vodafone always comeup excuses and underlined conditins.... and i started the service the dy after ... and i could send messages and i have sent hundereds of them to make the most of the offer and i wasnot sent any updates about my balance and i which made me more confident of offer activation,
BUT TO MY SUPRISE ... after 4 days i was sent some tons of messages saying i have been charged with 1re FOR ALL THE MESSAGES i have sent in these days.......
Completely frusted me , called up GREAT VODAFONE CUSTOMER SERVICE , the person who spoke to me offffered help and raised teh request to back end team and promised me help me within 48 working hours .... asual i heard nothing from them .. so called them back and learned no request was raised for my number and i was so furious ......... and again they promised me help and advised they have raised the impact of eh issue and will callback with help and explanation........... and NOTHING HAPND EVEN THEN.....I calle them again i wanted the speak to the supervisor on the floor to discuss the issue.. so i aganet did transfer the call but after being on HOLD FOR 15 minutes thecall gor disconnected automatically without any information ... so i CALLED UP AGAIN and TO MY SUPRISE THE CAL DISONNECTED AGAIN.........i wantd to kill these bas***ds and M F******S ....
So i called up again to and this time teh agent was talking VERY RUDEEE to me , he asked me to send THE SMS CONFIRMING the activation which obivously didnot have by then... so he straight away asked me f**k off and told me nothing can be done about it and i will not be refunded any money....and when i asked the call to be transferred to supervisor THE CALLL GOTTT DISCONNECTED AGAIN......
i called them again and i was given similar answers and offered investigation some time.....
I disconnected the call in frustation and called decided to ESCALATED the issue....
I mailed the nodal officer (MR ZILAH) and got they advised me to contact nodal offocer of AP.
I maled them AGAIN and AP people sent me an automated rsponse that they will get back to me in 48 hrs... and took their own sweet time and asked to get the REFERENCE NUMBER for the call........
SO I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AGAIN and asked for reference number to escalate the issue...The agent was comletely pissed off and offfered help again and said his supervisor will personally look into the issue but then i was not in any positionto believe that and took the reference number for that particular call as he refused to give me old references of teh calls..
I mailed vodafone again and they again took there sweet time to respond...BUT MY OFFER ATLAST GOT ACTIVATED...
I was emailed back by the team sying that the offer is activated on the account and they are closing the case....
I EMAILED ZILAH AGAIN WHO GAVE EMAIL ADDRESS OF AP NODAL OFFICER : ANIRUDH JOSHI from whom i havent heard anything till date.........
I emailed them couple of times for an explanation for the daly BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE TILL DATE.
its been 3 GOOD MONTHS NO STILL NO REPLY.......
ITS NOT ABOUT MONEY NOW... THIS IS SERIOUS HARRASSMENT ......... WASTAGE OF TIME.....
ITS TIME WHEN THEY SHOULD CHANGE THERE TAGLINE FROM "HAPPY TO HELP " FROM LAZY TO HELP".
people should refrain taking vodafone connection.
