This is pertaining to my mobile no. 9972596772. This is a Bangalore number and i have moved to Gurgaon now and hence taken up a new number. As i want to retain my Bangalore number for a year or so, so i have requested Airtel to deactivate Blackberry service plan from my bangalore number and rest i will continue to pay. Inspite of repeated requests made to Airtel (50+ since August 25th)., i continue to get msgs from Airtel 121 that they are working on my request and keep pushing the resolving date. 1st they told me my plan will be deactivated by 4th Sep, then 11th, then 13th an dnow 29th.
I donot undertand why it requires them 1 month time to deactivate a service. I am paying for aservice which i am not using.
Please Help me.
