I have my mobile with Airtel connection for a long time, and I have no problem but
last 2 month Airtel totally sucks me. Problem is start when I use Airtel Mobile
Internet Service named "MO". One day I use this internet service and then after
completing I stop that service by a accurate key code provided by Airtel. But next
day I noticed that my phone balanced is reduced by 10 rupees excluded my previous
day usage. I complain that to the Airtel customer care they say me that they will
fix that problem very soon.
But there is no effect upon my disconnection of 10 rupees/day. after 2 days I again
complain about that but I got the same reply and even the problem is not solved. I
complain more than 100 times and every time Airtel customer care says me that this
time they fix the problem and I can recharge my phone, but next day when I recharge
the reduction of 10 rs is not stopped. It continuously going on. I totally tired of
I decide to take help of consumer court.
Hope you will legally helped me. Because this reduction is even in progress and my
more than 300 rs is cut by this way. Airtel return my money sometimes but the 10
rs/day reduction is not stopped.

Please help me.
