dear sir aircel in our region means in bangalore,( i am not sure about other states) is cheating us by introducing 98rs unlimited gprs(net connecting plan) to us. actually it wont connect properly in our mobiles only, then how can we connect it to our systems.it works only in 10 or 20 bytes . actually it was little bite speed after 2.00am and to 7.00 or 8.00 am. we used to get up at 5.00am and update our antivirus and check some mails in that time, but in this month it's not even working in that time also.
i am not complaining about my own, its also problem to college students, as you all know in colleges they wont take any class properly, so students should go for internet for there chapters, so now think how we are facing problems by this networks. after giving 98rs to this network we also activate gprs even in other networks. if we contact customer care we are getting very worst response and at last they say that the mobile which we are using has problem.. please someone help regarding the said problem. it not only help me it also helps to many students and small and middle class people like us. thanks your faithfully.
