Dear Sir/Madam,
I own a Motorola A 810 model mobile phone. In July 2009,( This is a touch screen model ) its touch screen stops responding and after referring to the service center list provided by company i had given it with the service center at Bhilwara -Rajasthan (Prateek International ,Gandhi Bazar,Opp.Bahetion Ki Dharam sala,Bhilwara-311001 Ph 01471 244355 ).They informed me that its a simple case of waterlogging ( I intially argued for repair under warranty since it is still under warranty but they refused saying that this is a case of waterlogging so repair under warranty is not possible where the mobile has not come in to contact with water yet and i do not know how waterlogging is possible with out any reason) But even after one month i didnot get it repaired,so i contacted the service center personal where i got informed that its screen has to be changed which cost me around 550 rs.I agreed and asked to do the job as quick as possible ,so that i will get back the mobile.But to my dissappoinment i did not get it back till this date.Mean while i contacted with the customer care-motorola 1800111211 several times but they are also not helping me out. I submitted my mobile with Prateek International on 17th july 2009 and till date i didnot get it repaired
