I had purchased nokia 6700 from local shop
on 18-11-2010 with bill and frequently having problem ( auto dailing and automaticaly sending sms to the phone book numbers)

upon advice by the shop keeper given to servicing on 13-06-2011 and
i was calling to coustmer care
on 18-06-2011 ,again
on 16-07-2011 ,again
on 26-07-2011 ,again
on 06-07-2011,again
on 16-07-2011 , again
on 22-07-2011 , it got repaired and the problem is not soved

after few weeks its started working automatically

and again on 25-02-2012 it started with the same problem and given for repair
solved problem partially on 12-03-2012 and been handed over ( paid 500/- for reair)

again problem started on 02-05-2012 and has been charges with 1950/- ( 10-05-2012)towards repaired

again the phone got dead on 26-05-2012


why this is happening repeatedly

i want my money back from nokia company ,
i want to fight against the company for solving th problem
