    Exclamation Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini ST15i problem

    I have already replaced two sony ericsson xperia mini st15i and got a third phone from the store (moonroe digital) malviya nagar, new delhi. The third phone I got is also not working properly, it laso hangs whenever I recieve a call.

    More than 40 people on sony ericsson forum has already complaint about the phone, and discussed the issues they are also facing.
    Kindly take some serious action against them as soon as possible.

    I purchased a Sony Ericsson W205 mobile from PlanetM store, #29, KSRTC Layout, Utharahalli main road, Bangalore with following details on the store invoice(bill)

    Date: 26/09/2010, 8:20 PM
    Cashier: Govinda
    Customer Name: Rojalin Behera
    Customer ID- 309003836
    EMEI: 359478039526830
    When I went for repair to the Sony Ericsson service centre my data could not be entered and when I complained the same in the PlanetM store where I purchased the mobile,
    They gave me another bill to show in the service centre with following details

    Date: 13/09/2010, 6:46 PM
    Cashier: Govinda
    Customer Name: raju a.
    Customer ID- 309003579
    EMEI: 359478039526830
    I doubt for same mobile with same EMEI number there are 2 invoice receipts issued by the retailer.
    My date of purchase being 26th Sep, 2011 which is 13 days after the mobile is registered in sony ericsson site I feel like cheated.
    I am doubtful that I have been issued a second hand mobile with duplicate seal.
    I have both the store invoice receipts present with me in original.
    Please help me filing a complaint to the proper authority.

    I brought in March 2011 Sony Ericsson k810i. This phone is like the charm of a 3-month work, then I started with its joystick and keyboard also has a problem. I submitted my latest Sony Ericsson mobile phone service center, repair them, and tell me, oh, my phone's joystick has changed. After four hours of phone stuck again with the same joystick problem, and since then I have submitted my phone HAV nearly five times the service center, which still exists. Sony Ericsson to deceive me to sell me a defective phone. Please help me.

    I bought Sony Ericsson Vivaz before 14 months. The Phone was fine till the warranty period. Now the Phone stopped working. By switching On, the phone displays "Sony Ericsson" caption with the white background and then it hangs. I took the same to the service center Ascentel2 (Authorized Sony Service Station). Those people reported that there is some problem with the mother board and has to be replaced with a new one. This would cost around Rs.8000.

    I payed around 18,850 for the phone and within one year the phone started to show its true color.
    Now I lost faith with the product.
    Please let me know if somebody can help me with this issue.

    I purchased Sony Ericsson on 10-03-2011 Model No. W-100i. After one month, I faced some problem's in mobile mainly hanging problem. I complained in service center, 2-3 weeks mobile properly worked, but again same problem happened. I complained five times within seven months in service center, but it didn't work properly. Finally I didn't go again to service center and used this mobile on same position. But now the phone display has removed and due to it I faced many problems. Sony Ericsson to deceive me to sell me a defective phone. So, I requested to u returned my purchased money or replace my mobile phone. I really thanks to you.

    Unhappy complaint aganist sony ericson

    iam buying a sony Ericsson xperia x10 mini pro mobile after a day that mobile is complainted that mobile is automatically switching off in many times my money is loss pls take any action against these
