    Default bad and delayed service

    I Vinay kumar purchased "sony ericsson j105" on feb 27 2010, from the mobile store gandhi bazar, basavangudi, bangalore. After a month of purchase i noticed that my phone didn't switch on, so i gave it to sony ericsson service center jaynagar bangalore and the problem was rectified. again the next month same problem appeared. so again i gave it to the same service center and they asked for mother board replacement, and they "returned it after a month".After 2 days the same problem appeared. and again asked for mother board replacement and kept it for one month. Now again the same problem after a day.Please help me out regarding this inconvenience. please take necessary actions on the sony Ericsson ltd. And help out with the mobile replacement.

    I saw almost all comments, u know sony ericsson Company that if u give this kind of service , den no one will purchase ur phones in future, Either u Give Best Look or Latest technology from ur competitors like NOKIA , Samsung etc.
    If ur company cant provide Spare parts den y u selling ur phones and giving 1 year warranty.
    u should Learn at least how to give services after selling ur product .
    Even i Gave my AINO (U10i) on 7-10-2010 in one of ur service center in Sec-3, Opp. NDPL office, Rohini, Delhi , The problem was just dat ringer volume was too low , and was hanging some time but dat ringer is not available dat was the answer from the authorised person sited over der, they told dat with in a week ur phone get reparid , but today (23-10-2010) after spending 17 days , his reply is dat part is not available , when it will available we will call u, means no surety when part will be available , y u manufacture ur phones when parts is not available ????
    anyway My workorder Number is SE310VRO10389 & IMEI is 356815030044581 , Hope that Ringer will be available soon hehehehehe what a joke............. from starting i was using Sonyericsson mobiles like p990i, W550, K750i, almost in every phone i got some minor problems , but dey repaired my handsets with in 7 days always, but now a days ur company giving worst service,
    I m also in NOKIA L3 center , so i know each any every thing about the process , We have some limitations or time period in which we have to return customers handset , but ur company ................. , u should understand what i want to say huhhhhhh.

    Question Problmes with Sony Ericsson Vivaz

    Hi,

    I bought a new phone Sony Ericcsson Vivaz which costed me Rs. 22,789/- on July 15th 2010. I purchased the mobile while going to home town. After few minutes, i did noticed the mobile is slightly getting heated. After returning back from my hometown, I took the mobile to the mobile store, where I purchased it. They asked me to take to the service center and they will fix if there is any minor defect in it. As per their advice, I took it to the service center, they said that there is no problem with the mobile and this behaviour is common.

    After few days, the mobile started giving display problems. It wont display anything. Again I have to go to the service center to have it fixed. They have updated the software and said now its fixed. Since then I have updated the software several times, whenever I had dispaly problems.

    Now the updating of software is also not working. Display is completely gone and the mobile is heating when charged. The mobile store guys are refusing to replace the mobile. I took it to another authorized service center, they are refusing to take the mobile and are saying that this mobile has opened by someone and so we cant take it. Infact it has been opened by authorized service center guys only. It takes around 4-5 to get the mobile from my place to the service center. So I cant go to the service center very often. Moreover the service center will be opened in weekdays and as I am a working professional, I wont get leave to take this mobile. Hardly I have used the mobile for 1 month. Iam really frustrated and dont understand what to do. I am not getting proper service either from the service center or from the mobile store. Please help me having my phone either fixed or replaced.

    I hav taken sony ericcision Xperia X10i for a price of 28200/- on 9/10/2010 and the handset is giving me a problem> Now the dealer are refusing to give me back the amount or replace plz help me how to solve this problem..

    Sir/Madam,
    I have purchased a sony ericsson mobile about 4 moths ago. my modal no. is sony erisson w205. sir, i want to say that , this mobile is different getting problem daily. i dont no, why it is getting problem. In this mobile , I checked it, there is no virus although it is always hanged. Its Battery backup is half day. When I set a ringtone, the ringtone doesn't set. When i Connect to the PC througn the Bluetooth, it doesnt connect. also connect with USB cable, it doesnt connect. When i go to Sony Ericsson Service, then no one listen my problem and also any there is no problem in your mobile. Plz help , What I Do?

    I have posted my complain today and i wana tell that i have not got my mobile since 3 months.Can ypu tell me how can I file a complain against the company.I have waiting since 3 months and the customer care executives are consistently giving me dates and dates delaying further and further.I can't understand that what kind of service is the company providing.Please help me if you can.

    Default Problem in Sony Ericsson W20 Mobile Handset

    My W20 mobile is facing Problem in Display & Charging connector, and for this i have submit my mobile in Gurgaon Service center on 14.05.2011. Shop details: MV COMMUNICATION SHOP NO. 2223/3, RAJIV NAGAR, GURGAON, 122001
    My bill no 222. But after this much time i am not getting any resonse from the team nor they are telling when will i get my mobile back.

    Complaint About My Sony Ericsson Mobile Phone W-150i (Yendo)

    I brought my cell phone on 8th May 2011, After a single day of Purchasing the phone, i am facing huge problems of, Phone Hanging, Automatically Restart, Bluetooth Problem, When i transfer data then phone going to hang, then i remove the cover and betrry from the phone and then again stick the bettry, after that i update phone software many time but problem remaining same, and 3Week ago i submit my phone in Service Center at Hari Nagar New Delhi in ( Singh Sons Communication ) authorized service center, they said your phone (PCB) will be changed, i said please do that, he said your phone will be ready in a week but they given my the phone after 3week yesterday, and in a day i am facing the same problem, please sir help me about this matter because i spent lots of money on the phone ( 5350-Rs ) and between these period i took many leave from my office they also didcuting my salary... M fed up of this cellphone and service of Sony Ericsson. I dont know where should i go. Please Help Me.. am not satisfied to buying this cell phone. I also made a complaint on call center of Sony Ericsson but they did not help me, complaint ID 90685315..

    I am Ranvir From Hamirpur(Himachal Pardesh), I Purchased a Sony Ericcson Handset (Hazel) on 21st April 2011 and after 3 Days i suffer with a software problem in my sony handset. Then I Repair It From UNA Service Centre and after one Week the same problem occur and then again i give it to the UNA service centre with a work order no. SE31161110000. After 3 days My Handset will Totally dead. and i again give it to the Same service Center with a work order no. SE31161110008. Then Sony Care completely changed the motherboard of my handset after a MONTH.
    and When I Recieved my handset on 6th August 2011, I Will face with a new problem that the volume keys doesn't work properly. I Again Complaint about this problem to Mr.Sahnu (UNA Service Centre)and then he said that there is a No track of Volume Keys in the Mother board and after concerning with his Zonal Manager,he said It will Repair in Non-Warranty and I Have to Pay Rs. 800 for it. I Complained about this to Sony Ericsson Care Center with a Ticket ID No. 91048986, but there is no response till now.So I am totally fed up with all these. So I'm here to comlaint about Sony Ericsson Services.

    I Shall be highly thankful to you for this.

    I have bought new sony ericssion u20i in sep2010.
    recently i have met some problem on sliding keyboard mobile automatic switch off and one silver key not working
    i have give my mobile phone on sonyericssion authorized service center in 04-08-11
    till date hand set not repaired.service center person asked to your handset waiting for parts
    i am wait for more than 25 days,what i do, pls help me

    Default sony ericsson cedar keypard not replaced

    i have bought a sony ericson cedar mobile and after 2 months ,its button on the keypard fallen down. i have taken this issue with mobilestore ,from where i bought the mobile,then they directed me to sony ericsson service centre at Thiruvanmiyur ,Chennai on 7th June-2011.And its been nearly 3 month and i am yet to get the keypard replaced .

    I had given my mobile w580i for repair on 29th of july2011 it has display problem at sony ericsson service center that is care on service plot no 11 shop no 106 aggarwal plaza sec 10 dwarka delhi 75 but upto now i won t recieved my phone they always say that come after 3 day or 4 days it will come but yet not one month and 10 days past . As i am facing have big problem due to lack of phone.what action be taken against them pls suggest .

    I (Manoj Jain) basically belongs to jaipur Rajasthan, presently working with Bank Of Baroda as an officer at Saraspur branch ahmedabad Gujarat.

    I had purchased a Sony Ericsson phone on 01.09.2011 Model No SK 17i phone (Xperia mini pro), model-Black/Turquoise (IMEI no. 358216041568361) from one of Sony Ericssion authorized soap.

    After purchasing the mobile phone I faced the network drop problem on 03.09.2011 when I was in Ahmedabad.
    I called to Mr. lokesh sharma (mo. 07665837766) one of the sales person working at S S phones and told about the problem.

    He said that it may be due to your service provider and suggest me to change the service provider and the problem will be resolved and he did not suggest me to go service center to replace the phone as the Eng. Working at service center told me that if you come within 7 days it can be replaced.

    Then as advised by the person of S S Phones I used Airtel SIM (Earlier I used Vodaphone) but I continue faced the same problem of network drop occasionally.

    As I am working with bank I did not get time to visit service center during that period.

    Than finally I visit Sony Ericssion Service Center Situated at Ahmedabad on 19.09.2011.

    I talk to Mr. Sanjay Sharma, owner of S S Phones on 19.09.2011 and told him about the problem then he suggest me to upgrade the phone software.

    When I meet with the eng. At service center and narrate about the problem the he also suggest me to upgrade the software.

    I request the concern person to please replace the phone, and then he said that it is possible if you made complain within 7 days after purchasing the phone as it was not told by the sales person. Then I told him that the problem arises after three days when I purchase the phone but he denied me to make arrangement to replace the phone.
    I again request him to replace the phone as earlier I was using Sony Ericssion phone w910i (IMEI 351558026248163) purchased on 24.03.2008 from the same soap S S Phones and facing the same network drop problem. Then only the eng. Upgrade the software and then repaired the phone but problem exists.

    But he denied to replace and assured me that after upgrading the problem will be resolved. Then eng. Upgrade the software.

    I faced the same problem on 22.09.2011. After that I made a call to the concern person of the service center and told about the problem. Then he assured me to come on next day and he will take care of the problem. And he said that made call on tomorrow before coming but he did not attend my call as I tried many of times.

    At evening on 23.09.2011 I again visit same service center and narrate the whole story as the attending person was changed.

    The eng. said that you have to left the problem for service. Then I further request him to please replace my phone but they denied and said our eng will use the phone and if problem arises we will repaired the same.

    Now I am very much afraid that the problem arises on occasionally not frequently. When the eng. Made trial and if problem not occurred he will said that there is no problem in phone and I have to suffer with the same problem in future.

    As I am a service person I don’t have much time to visit again and again service center as and when problem occurs.

    I request you and service center person to help me to resolve the problem permanently by replacing the phone as it was not very much old piece and in very good condition.

    And further request you to please consider this on very urgent basis and confirm me by mail or by phone.
