Nokia complaint I purchased Nodia c6, last month, from day 1 i started getting problem of hanging, I ignored & but now Touch is not working properly, i submit it to nokia care from the last 10 days, till now there is no further development.I want my money back.Kindly suggest.

complaint dear sir..
i m using nokia 5230.. i m facing a problem frm 4 moths of using my phone...
emei number:353763/04/253642/1
the problem is. wen i rotate the phone n touch the screen suddenly the other applications like camera , contacts wil opem. also when i call a number suddenly the volume low to 0.. in touch i cant control the volume in this case.. here is he problem that i shuld my mobile to cal any using high volume or no volume.. i hv admited my mobile 6 times to nokia care at udupi.. balaji telicom services.. bt i didnt found any changes after the service also.. this is my 14 th month staying with the same problem. kindly call back to 9880123189 and suggest the solution.. still i have 6 to 7 months warrenty.. thanking u .. by abhinanda kn.
please note that i am confertable in kannada language only.

Nokia C6 I have purchased Nokia C6 on 23.06.12.from Reliance Digital Store at Haldirams(Near Airport), Kolkata. From the first day of using the handset I started facing a lot of problems. The phone was hanging every now and then. On the 3rd day itself I had taken the same to the Reliance digital shop but they did not help at all and said that the phone would need an upgradation. Complaint was lodged to Nokia Complaint centre on phone and the phone was upgraded on 07.07.12 form Nokia Care at Ekdalia, Kolkata. The phone is still hanging and is absolutely awful. I'm also unable to connect to net from the handset. There are various other problems in the handset. Would need immediate redressal of the issue. Please realise the value for the money for the customers.

Poor Customer Support. Fake Waranty I purchased Nokia Cellular devise Model: Asha 303 on February 12, 2012 form Nokia’s authorized dealer in Pakistan. Upon purchase, I was given One year Warranty by Advance Telecom. However. During June, 2012 (exact date not remembered), my Nokia devise started re-staring automatically and lost all data in it.
I immediately took the handset to Nokia Care Centre (NCC), Shop No. 34, Ground Floor, Sohrab Plaza, Sector F-6, Blue Area, Islamabad (exact date not remembered). I was attended by Mr. Talal, who informed that the set has a hardware problem and will be sent to Nokia’s workshop in Karachi. After a long wait, I got the set back after about 10 days, and was informed by the representative that it had a hardware problem and has been fixed.
However, the handset started showing the same problem immediately, which gradually become worst within about a week. I again took it to NCC (exact date not remembered) and Mr. Talal again informed me that it has a problem with the software and has to be refreshed. I got my handset back the other day, but I immediately found that the set still had the same problem.
I took it again the on the same day (exact date not remembered) to NCC and I was informed that it has a problem with the battery and has to be repaired again. I again got back the handset, but the problem still persisted.
I took the handset for the fourth time to NCC and taken back again by Mr. Talal. Later on Friday July 06, 2012, I received a call from NCCC, through which I was informed that my Nokia 303 got fixed. However, upon my inquiry, the representative telephonically informed me that there was some kind of fluid in the set and it has been cleaned and now performing all good. But this issue in not covered under Nokia Warranty and I shall have to pay for this service.
To this I lodged a complaint to Nokia Care Line, through email and later, got a telephonic response from Nokia, that my handset had a problem with the mother board, which has completely been repaired and can be collected.
I collected the handset on July 16, all repaired and that problem fixed, but the key pad has gone too hard to type, a faculty headphone jack and screen protector removed.
Now, looking at the situation above the questions that logically arise are are;
a. If that was a problem with motherboard, then why did NCC kept making fool of me three times before telling that; i) first time that the mother board has been repaired ii) second time that the software has been refreshed iii) third time that he problem was with the battery and not the set and iv) fourth time that the problem was again with motherboard
This shows a total incompetency of the NCC, which justifies that;
a. either the NCC did not even attempt to diagnose the actual issue earlier, due to which I had to come again and again and suffered time loss and agony
or
b. The actual issue with my devise was hidden and was just a stunt to make money and the warrant claim is a fake, which is only to attract customers to purchase Nokia devises.

Defective nokia handset Dear Sir, Madam
1. I am Somanath Lenka from Balasore (Odisha). I had purchased one Nokia Handset, details as given below from NOKIA authorized dealer ie. “ CELL WORLD”, Plot No. 153/15, Ashok Nagar, Janpath, Bhubaneswar on 28/04/2011.

AMOUNT : Rs. 5900/-
BILL NO ; 273 dated 28/04/2011
2. Towards the month of April 2012, the handset started showing problems on Audio outgoing. Finally, during 3rd week of June ‘2012, the handset became dead. I deposited the hand set in NOKIA CARE CENTRE at Balasore, ie. Kusum Communications, Near MAA Durga Mandap, Station Road, Balasore (Odisha) on 19/06/2012 for necessary repairing. On 20 June ‘2012 I received back the set duly repaired on payment of Rs. 787/- vide Job sheet No. 631504886/120619/1.
3. After using for one week, the set showed same defect for which I had to visit Kusum Communications again for repairing. I received back the set same day duly repaired without any cost.
4. Again after using the hand set for another 7-10 days, the handset has developed same defect and lying dead. Its not possible on my part to visit NOKIA CARE CENTRE every week for same problem. It is evident that the hand set has some manufacturing defect. It is requested that the same may please be replaced immediately. My contact details are appended below :-

Careless nokia I purchesd n-500 at april 14th, 2012. After 1 month tuchscreen problem phon is auotomatic oprating .that after i'l givein to borivali datta pada rd, told me your phone going to head office at delahi.
In short my n500 going head office for 4 time for reparing but wirrte now also not working proper.
