I had purchased a Nokia N5130 on Aug 1st, 2009 and the handset is still covered under warranty.
With in one week time , Mobile is switching off when we try to make call. I gave to dealer for correcting the issue. He called me and said Nokia service center has repaired it and went to him collect the phone. To be suprised the issue was still there and I doubt about the quality of the service they are providing. I escaled this to dealer and Victor (who is currently taking care of Nokia Chennai operation) and till now I didn't receive any positive response from NOKIA. When I asked for the replacement, they are not ready to give it .
I am totally frustarted on NOKIA service and to me this is a CHEATING company .
I request you to kindly have the set replaced ASAP .
Its almost one month the complaint has been filed and no clarity on what NOKIA is doing till today. If there is no positive reply soon, I will be moving either to the consumer courts or the local Press.

I had purchased NOKIA 5800 X.M; IMEI No 354182028146163 dated 11th June 2009 from Nokia Priority Dealer(Sushil Telecom).After about 10 days into using the phone,I started having recurring reboot and hanging problems.I immediately went back to the priority dealer to replace the handset,but they rudely directed me to Nokia care.I then submitted the same to Nokia Care(Dexters Digital Lab) at Rohini - Delhi.
The phone was purchased at an amount of Rs 18,850/-
The case reference number is 1-7328609706
The phone was returned back after a software reinstall.In the Nokia Care centre,after standing in queues for long hours repeatedly for the same problem,i was harassed by the Nokia care staff,who did not even have basic courtesies for solving problem of a newly purchased handset.After the problem recurred,it was again submitted back and was returned by Nokia after 20 days with no changes.This clearly proves the the handset provided by Nokia is defective.
When demanded for an immediate replacement or refund,Nokia promised to do the same once the phone was submitted again.Accordingly i submitted the phone,but i have not got any refund back from Nokia's side.Inspite of my submitting the phone several times,the problem persists and therefore i want an immediate refund and good riddance from Nokia.
To sum it all up,three months have passed,and the phone has only been with me for 10 days.
I request your good self to see into the matter and provide me with immediate refund.

This is with reference to the
Nokia handset model no. “5130” that
was handed over to the Nokia care center for repairing on 21st Sept
2009 bearing Job sheet number 806504886/090921/23. I came across some defects in my
new handset that i purchased on 1st August after 1 month of use. Immediately after i
came across this defect i approached the nearest nokia care for help.I have till now
not received any call or intimation regarding the phone and
its status. Therefore, I am writing you this email to inform that I will not
accept the phone as it’s more than 20days that the phone has been sent for
repair and till now I am not aware of the whereabouts of the handset. The
handset just after 1 month from the date of purchase came up with an L3 error as
said by nokia care. Please help me. Guide me in what i can do against them.

We had submitted mobile till January and told that we can replace the mobile but atlast they had not returned the new mobile and due to repeated complaint they have given used mobile. They told that this is fresh mobile but it is used mobile which is in garranty period.Which is in very worse condition. And they have returned at 31/03/2010.And request which me make through phone is not working properly due to which we are not able to answer whether it is new or old.

I bought a Nokia 5130C-2 Blue XpressMusic, IMEI No:354179035499593 purchase at 30/04/2009 from INTELLIGENT MOBILES 19 M.G.Road, Near Police Station, Dewas (M.P.) 455001.
After using 2 months the mobile is not able to work properly:
1. A screen blinking off after every half a minute of unuse.
2. Battery Problem:Its takes 4-5 hrs for charging.
3. Software Problem: Its hangs after 2-3 min.
4. Music Player doesn’t works properly.
5. Its keypad light doesn’t turns off.
6. Its calls to delete the data from mobile.
7. In Internal Memory.
8. In saving Images of Camera.
It has erased my all the data, contacts, sms. I went to Nokia care , they flashing my software and gave it to me.I have visited Nokia care to overcome from above problem but we didn’t receive any result.My mobile is falling down in problem every week and Nokia not give me the perfect solution for it. I have suffering so many problem from this mobile, it waste my time and money. I have visited 5-8 times in Nokia care but didin’nt get result from them.
I want replacement of this mobile or I want my money back(6000Rs).Please take immediate action.

i purchased my nokia 5130 expressmusic in april 2009.n the following issues have been surfacing from the past 9 months..
1 cell phone switches off automatically while attending any function.
2 inbuilt data erases when cell phone is switched on.
3 music player does not function properly n says"not enough memory" inspite of formating my memory card.
4 themes cannot be selected and r said to be corrupted.
i have given my cell phone in nokia care centre for 3-4 times. but the matter comes back within a week of servicing.i am fed of this now.pls suggest some help.
i have been using nokia 5130 for the last six month but recently my phone is not working. the funny part is i dn't do anything but i kept charging my phone at around midnight and i found that in the morning its working. when i tried to switch on it is showing contact service. i even visited the nokia care but they told me that they have no solution for this service. so please help me?

I have purchase nokia 5130 xpress music on March, 2009. It worked fine. But on Jan, 2011, it got a problem of automatic switch off, for which I submitted my phone to Nokia Customer Care, Gandhi nagar Mod, Jaipur and they repaired the phone and charged 600 Rs. for repairing and I was told that OS has been updated and now no problem will further come. On March 06, 2011, another problem of "Message Storage Memory Not Ready" has occurred. What to do.
Please suggest me some way so that I can get rid of this problem.
