I have purchased samsung grand 2 mobile phone sm-G.7102ZKAINS on 11.09.2014
and paid an amount of Rs. 17800/-. but it is not functioning from
17.09.2014, 8.10 pm so I contact personally to Meeta sales corporation,
parijat nagar same day at 8.25 pm where I was purchased this mobile. They
checked and guide me to meet the service center, they issue a DO letter
because it is within 7 days case after purchasing then only we can replace
the complete set because the mobile is not start after changing the

I visited 2 service center they say that water lagging problem and mother
board damaged so you have to pay Rs. 7300/- for replacement of mother board.

Is also no cooperative and say the same thing.
So it is requested to please issue A DO letter so that I can replace the
whole samsung mobile set.
