This is your Nokia Mobile Phone Consumer :
Miss : Shikha Pareek Working In, HONDA SIEL CARS SUPPLIER CLUSTER, KHUSHKHERA Distt.
Alwar ( RAJASTHAN)
in HR Department.
As mentioned I have Purchased NOKIA Mobile phone around 10 Months Ago, with
assurance of SERVICES when required.
And I am badly suffering from this set since the purchase.
After a few weeks of Purchase I submit this mobile phone for required service to :
NOKIA PRIORITY, BHIWADI
with the Original bill.., I have Got this phone after around 1 week.
Secondly, After Few Weeks Again it was stopped its working then again I submit this
for service, to : :NOKIA PRIORITY, BHIWADI
For around 15 day`s.
I clearly told to the dealer that I haven’t sufficient time to Came again & again to
the shop, then I have got a promise to Replace this set in case of again Problem.
Thirdly, It was again stopped working & Again I went to shop for services & Got the
phone After a couple of Weeks.
Now, Its fourth Time & I am Suffering Badly since 1 month the phone is not working &
When I went to Nokia Priority , Bhiwadi , the person refused me to take the phone &
gave the reason that ,
“ NOKIA CARE EXECUTIVE not coming these day`s therefore” We ( NOKIA PRIORTY,
BHIWADI) are unable to provide services. & suggest me to Go to GURGAON ( HARYANA)
for the services.
I requested,,” I am a working Girl this is not possible to go again & again for
phone services , its not possible to take leave for the nokia pohone service. What
is the use of purchae from Bhiwadi Dealer ? Again This matter delayed for 1 week
because of the time shortage.
I called them many times for the services but refuse me & gave me the same reason as
mentioned & Told me that they haven`t time to provide me service from Gurgaon Nokia
Care as the Executive of Nokia has stopped the visit.
After 15 days, he deposit my set with thim & Gave me only Battery & Memory card. I
was calling him to know the status of My NOKIA PHONE but Many times he was not
picked my phone call..
when I went there (NOKIA PRIORITY, BHIWADI )he told me to submit my NOKIA MOBILE
PHONE BILL, Again !
Although he has my mobile phone bill since it`s first service.
Now !its 1 month passed I haven`t GOT ANY SERVICES & EVEN ANY POSITIVE RESPONSE to
Resolve my NOKIA PHONE PROBLEM.
The condition is that , I have to buy a tem priory Reliance Phone for communication
, I haven`t any number of my contact’s which saved in the phone.
Please put yourself in my situation, & Kindly do the required.
I have already Mentioned all Details of MY Nokia Mobile phone which I have purchased
in the Last Week of OCTOBER,2008.
Kindly do the needful for proper Services Or Replacement the phone .
This will be a positive step towards satisfaction of Highly suffering consumer of
NOKIA COMPANY because of Services.
