    Angry Complaint

    Dear Sir,
    I am Biranchi Narayan have purchased a Nokia C-5 0-3 touch mobile from 01.01.2012 at Noida. My Mobile have in warranty period for 1 year which has been given by Nokia. After Six months my mobile has been go to damage due to untouch. I have gone to nokia care at sector-2 noida for check it, they said the hardware of this mobile is brokedown you should pay the cost of this hardware.They said the cost of this hardware id Rs2100.00. I asked to him that my mobile is on warranty period. They refused it and not repair my mobile. After 2 or 3 days later i show my mobile at sector-10 nokia care centre they said the same but the cost of this hardware is Rs1850.00

    I asked you the same of this hardware cost is different at noida nokia care centre?

    Further i asked you why you not repiar my mobile which is on warranty period?

    if, not repair it, why you give warranty period for one year?

    Unhappy Nokia Lumia 710 at its worst.

    Hi,
    I bought a Nokia Lumia 710 which is not even a month old. I already had to take it to the care centre as some of the applications where not working. They reinstalled the software but absolutely of no use. I initially thought it would be because of the operator. And switched my connection to airtel. It worked for 2-3 days and that's the end. My phone does not have internet connection. An application which is claimed to have rectified the issue is no more available on the market to download. I call up the Nokia care they asked me to restore which was of no use. And then they told its a known issue and will be resolved at the earliest. Whatever happens they don't give us a definite time. They only tell as soon as possible.

    This issue is only with Nokia windows phone. Other manufacturers with same OS doesn't have any issues. It high time Nokia improve their existing phones, rather than launching new phones every now and then.

    Post strict complaint against nokia care sec 2 noida

    i m jst fed up to go nokia care they are just making fool to their comsumers. on my first visit they gave me their visiting card and asked me to jst enqire when u come next time as i do the same on their given numbers bt no one is responding to that at that time my phone is under warranty period bt now its warrenty over. my phone has a line in in b/w n day by day its increasing and at my early visit they dont have the display of my phone i.e. nokia x2. and now they are asking me to pay 1250 rs. and this cost is not so less that i pay to themso i strictly want to pay attention towards my issue.

    Default complaint against NOKIA CARE

    Hi.
    I am having a Nokia C5-03 which IMEI number is 354349044201823. Last month I was facing a problem. Its touch screen was not working. Then I visited NOKIA CARE Center BARAUT, Distt- Baghpat (U.P.).
    They told me that mobile phone will send to company and it will take 15 days. I have submitted my phone on 21 july 2012 and its JOB SHEET number is 30541. After 15 days I again talked with them than again they told me to wait for 1 week more.
    Now after 25 days they are saying that Phone cannot repair and they are giving me back & saying me that some of part is unavailable. If they have checked it then only they are the responsible for my phone as I never check my phone other then nokia care and they have accepted it to repair on 21 july2012 under warranty.
    During that time I have faced a lot of problem as I have only single phone and I was not able to access my sim.
    So I request you to find the matter and repair it within 10 days. If you will not resolve it then I will go to Consumer forum against it.

    Angry Nokia n8 getting off during call and getting hang

    Hi,
    I have bought nokia n8 in march 2012. It is in warantee period.
    Its frequently creating me problems. Getting hang, getting switch off during call. I have contacted nokia care in pune 3 weeks ago, they gave my cell and then after 2 day it get switched off and then didnot get on. Then they kept my cell and gave me back on 10 sept after 10 days with full of scretches on the screen while when i gave them there was no screatches on it and when i told them they simply respond we will change the screen guard and nothing can be done but then also it is still creating problem for me and still it is getting hang and getting switch off.
    Plz sir help me out otherwise I have to go to consumer forum.
    I have gone to nokia care 3 times.
    I have only 1 cell and it is creating a lot of trouble to me.

    Default Replacement of NOKIA ASHA 311 and Delay in response form nokia care

    Hi,
    I purchased NOKIA ASHA 311 on 18-08-2012 from MUSIC PLANET SCF 71-72, SECTOR 15 , FARIDABAD , HARYANA PH NO.- 0129- 4004148. On the morning of 24-08-2012 I experienced problem with the touch screen of the phone. I want to make it clear that phone received no external damage as can be vouched by your nokia care center officer at sector 15 market , faridabad, haryana where i submitted my phone for repairing that noon itself. Attendant at nokia care centre told me that they have received mail regarding NOKIA ASHA 311 from H.Q. and further acquainted me that they do not have facility to repair this particular model i.e. NOKIA ASHA 311. For the above mentioned reason they sent it to main center and told me that it will take at least 10 days. after 10 days on 05-09-2012 I received my phone from N.C.C. but only to find that it was again experiencing the same problem just after 2 minutes of receiving.
    Assuming yourself at my position for just a sec you can understand how much annoying it would have been for me. First to see phone opened up for repairing within 6 days of purchasing can itself be frustrating but i kept cool first time. But to see it happen twice is unacceptable for me. Either you should have REPLACED the set at first instance only knowing that this phone i.e. NOKIA ASHA 311 is knewly launched phone. Being a responsible company , at least what i had in my mind till now, you should have not handled it so irresponsibly.
    My plight does not end here, after finding out about the problem I again went back to care center and asked them to get this set REPLACED with new one for this is not what I paid for to the company. They told me they again send it to H.Q. and patch my demand.With this I left phone there.
    Also I called Nokia Care which is not even toll free, so while reading further keep this in mind as to how much money i have wasted just to complain about it.
    I talked to the attendant for more than 45 min to make him aware of my situation and demand of REPLACEMENT and he finally told that he will patch in my complaint and i will getting a call within 48 hrs. and gave me complaint no. which was 1-13244866237. I waited for 24 hrs but did not receive any call. So I again called and i asked about status of the complaint , which he told was not even registered. So i had to again acquaint him of my situation which took another 30 hrs and demanded REPLACEMENT. He also gave me one complaint no. that is 1-13252057228 and asked me to check the status next day. I did it which meant i again called on not toll free no.
    This time attendant confirmed registration of complaint and next day i do received a call again confirming registration of complaint which i had already did my self and told me that i will receiving call within 24 working hrs and also told me that my demand of REPLACEMENT had been forwarded to regional office . This happened around 10-09-2012. After this I had called 3 TIMES and every time i receive same answer t that soon you will be getting a call and people at regional office are working out my problem and will soon make decision. I don't know what is taking so long. I HAD MADE A GENUINE DEMAND THAT I WANT MY PHONE TO BE REPLACED AND WILL NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING LESS. IT IS ALSO JUST TO DEMAND THIS AS YOU CANNOT EXPECT YOUR CUSTOMERS TO ACCEPT FAULT OF YOURS WHICH YOU WERE NOT EVEN ABLE RECTIFY IN FIRST PLACE. AND ALSO THE MONEY AND TIME I HAVE WASTED IN RECTIFYING PROBLEM IN BUILT IN YOUR SET DURING MANUFACTURING BE IT CALLING YOUR NOKIA CARE OR GOING AGAIN AND AGAIN TO YOUR NOKIA CENTER IS CONSIDERABLE FOR ME AND IT SHOULD BE SO FOR YOU AS WELL . I EXPECT YOU BEING THE COMPANY OF WORLD WIDE REPUTATION KNOWS HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMER IN MARKET OTHERWISE I WILL HAVE TO RESORT TO LEGAL ACTION BY GOING TO THE DOORS OF CONSUMER COURT.

    Thumbs down Complain Againest Nokia Care Kolkata

    I m suvo from kolkata , i m very much fond user of Nokia phone. bt this is my second worst experience about nokia care in kolkata, one year back i m using Nokia 6233, i m finding problem tat the mobile not receiving any signal. i contacted one nokia care at Ultodanga (Bibhannagar Road) i give my cell to them for servicing , after 15 days they told me tat they can't repair it. and return it back. but i notice the sound quality which having before given to them it decrease .

    few days latter i have send my mobile to my brother in pune, he give it my nokia6233 in nokia care over there , they repair it (N.B. that phone still running good) , and ask my brother that the original speaker has been changed by previous service center. i m shocked how a authorized service center of MNC like Nokia comp. can do this??........... that time i ignore the thing & think that service center person cheat.(now the center address changed)

    but after one year , same things happen this time i give my nokia c5 mobile another nokia care Goriahat(kolkata) with the problem of not able to switch on the cell. after 10 days when i call them , they inform me its having a board problem they can't repair it. ask me to get it back. after waiting 1hr at their service center they return it.

    when i m return back home i found one of the scrow is missing ..tat time i ignore it , think they might forget to fix it...

    but my big shocking news come after few days back ...from pune when i send my same C5 mobile to the same service center in pune through by brother ...they told me that the speaker of my cell is missing & original display has been changed ....i cant believe it ! ask them to give it in written..they are ready to give it. as they are also a nokia authorized service center. TELL U WHAT THEY REPAIR THE PHONE within 45 min handed over to my brother sitting at service center. and cell is now working. bt with bad display.

    i cant blame that service center(which one cheat me) coz i dont have the copy of job sheet.Unfortunately

    now my question is that how can we believe the authorized service center ??? can nokia comp have any guideline for appointing Service Engineer???.... why most of service center keep the mobile on hold with them for minor problem???

    i ask to the nokia company authority to look into the matter urgently....so other customer not facing problem like me.

    my name is naeem
    i m using lumia from march 2012
    but this is the worst cell phone which i had used before..
    from day one i was facing the software issue and heating up..
    i infomred cst that croma as well as nokia ..but no one was ready to understand the problem. and they did a clean format ...
    after 2 months again the same problem..
    its was hanged and then heats up after 15 mins automatically ...
    i personally reset the phone bcoz it was running very slow and heating up..
    i upgraded the software also and same problem..
    i contact nokia cst care,..
    they said that can speak with nokia care center..
    i asked nokia care centre to keep phone with them and check ow its working..
    they gave me 15 days time ..
    but i dnt want that phone as its gvng me a problem from day one...
    i m totally fed up with nokia bcoz i raised complaint against the same .. they promise to call me back ..
    but the promise is nt fullfilled till now..
    do nokia person doesnt have authority to call back the cst if cst have nt recvd the call..>???????????
    its being the 4 day and still waiting for call ...
    what kind of service you are providng to cst ....
    if this is the service which you are thinking than i wuold rate it as 0...

    Exclamation Nokia Asha 300

    Hi,

    I have been using Nokia phone since from 2003 (Nokia 1100) I have not used any other company mobile in life.

    Further recently I have purchased Nokia Asha 300 IME 351686050476846 on 6th Apr 2012, suddenly the touch screen was not working I went to one of nokia care center ( “HAND FONES CARE” at Chitlapakkam – Chennai.

    Surprise to hear from them that I need to change my touch screen and it would cost us Rs: 3500/- (“I don’t know what control Nokia as with service agent, they are just looting money from the people rather then servicing”) stating that the phone was in wet condition with water in it,

    This was the second shock for me, I sure this might happen due to sweating (most of time I sit in AC once in while there is chance) fail to understand what kind of resistance is available in company like Nokia.

    The question is, this instrument is under guarantee but still I have been charged.

    Request you to kindly take my compliant & advice me a solution for the same

    Default wrong handling of customers- gives wrong information that set is ready after service.

    Last saturday(22nd Sept 2012), I gave my brother's strip nokia mobile for service to Nokia Care, CMH road Indiranagar, Bangalore regarding a strip and sound problem. The service person checked it and gave me the details about the problems. That is fine. and gave me the delivery date on wednesday evening and the estimated price of Rs.1800. I called the centre before leaving my home on wednesday evening. The reception said it is ready, come and collect. When I went there, after waiting for 10 minutes, one lady came and said "functionality check will be done before delivering the serviced mobile to customers and it will take 10-15 minutes". and the I waited for another 15 minutes and met the person in the chamber, may be manager and when he enquired, they said it is not ready. One lady in the telephone tells set is ready. Another lady in the office tells "set is ready and functionality check will be done is 10-15minutes" and the manager tells "set is not ready, camera has gone bad, our employee has made mistake by giving you wrong information, sorry from our side, come tomorrow". It is very bad way of handing service and customers. I request you to give a better service and keep good employees who are honest and does not tell lies.
