I Have given my Motorola A1200 for repair at Ucom technologies Pvt Ltd at Kochi branch (Auth'd Service Partner for Motorola) for complaints of not charging on 22/11/2008. Till now the problem is not resolved. Even the company is unable to trace my mobile phone now. In the month of May 2009 they have given another A1200 Motorola for use till my mobile is repaired/traced. The said mobile was impresentable in public due to bad condition / outlook, as I did'nt use it at all. Almost 10 months passed and now what should I do.... Kindly advice.
