Dear Sir,

I am Staying in Kolkata , I have taken one Nokia Hand ( C1 -01) set from Kolkata ( Baranager ) in April 2011 . in this one 1 yrs time one time my entire mother board for my hand set has been change and when the mobile hand set is going for service in Service center not less then 3week time they take to resolve the issue . but still the same problem in my Mobile hand set Get hang , wight display , Sound not properley , not get switch off , etc.

I am really disturb for this .

always the service center manager is not founding any fault in my hand set so then why the same problem is occering again and again and i don't have time also and passions for this , So i request them to get change my hand set or give m money back .
