    dEAR NOKIA ,
    Absolute nonsense. My mobile was due for a body change. They charge me the amount and out of goodwill for the company name I pay them the entire amount. It has now been six 6 months since the body is coming from the manufacturing unit. The reason they say is they have stopped manufacture of the handset. I ask is it my fault that I have used the set for so long and it was working so now you decide to throw it out for me? How can u charge me and on top of that make promises silly excuses and then have the nerve to say I will replace your set just give me seven days??? It been an age now pl wake up. I am not going to accept anything less than a working phone you can have my word. Useless people in the service centre who tease the customer. We are not going to work according to your whim and fancy????? Is that why you have a chair ? To humiliate your customer in front of others?// Incompetency is the greatest cause of loss of customer trust and in turn the loss of goodwill for the company forever? Who decides this the people sitting in Pune?////// Anyone there ??? SOS message ------ WAKE UP CHECK ALLL YOUR CENTRES.... RUDENESS IS THE KEY AND TIME WASTE IS A PASSION FOR ALL YOUR CUSTOMER CARE CENTRES AND THEIR STAFF.

    Right from the manager down to the receptionist alll enjoy all day long at the cost of victims of misfortune who come there in the hope of receiving service you so proudly advertise.... IS IT AN ILLUSION OR ARE YOU REALLY RUNNING A BUSINESS IN TOWN???????

    Default Not returning my handset

    Dear sir,
    my name is mr. Vinay bansal and i had submitted my nokia handset model e5 with imei no.354859040794365 to nokia care fatehabad[delight communication zone] on 03 oct. 2011 and they provide me a job sheet no.192433527/111003/25 with the problem of restarting problem and they told me that charges rs. 250 will be charged for repaired and i agreed to pay this amount and they told me take my handset after one day and after one day i went to care centre they asked me for giving two more days but after two days they asked me to give more two days and this procedure of them continoued for ten days after ten days they told me that they are not able to my handset and try to return me which was in dead condition and when i asked that this is dead condition then told me to give one day for for returning it to previous condition but after one day they again started the previous procedure and now had not returned my handset and behaved in very rude or rash manner.so please take a strict action against them....................

    Post nokia c6 handset problem

    Dear Sir,
    This is to bring to your notice that on 11 April, 2011, I had bought a new Nokia C6-00 mobile phone from a Nokia priority dealer in Roorkee. Till today my phone have witnesed nokia care more than three times. My mobile phone touchscreen doesnt works,it hangs too much,gives system error too much,charger replaced,etc etc.
    1>.i have submitted it in june to nokia care in june,,they sent it delhi and returned me after 15 days,,
    2>..again i hv gone for no vibration and hanging problem,they repaired by formatting it,
    3> third time gone for charger faulty.
    4> now again touchscreen not working from august,,and submitted it on 24/09/2011,,again they are saying that it will go to delhi and we will return it after 15 days.They called me on 8/10/11 that your phone has been repaired but I don’t have time to collect it as I am on a company tour,,and don’t know when to return home town..
    cz i hv to travell across india for my company work,,I don’t have so much time to repair it again and again,,so i dont want such a rubbish phone,, i want my money back,,plz help me,i bought it for 12,549/-rs.

    Hi.
    This is Ajmal. I purchased the Nokia N8 in OCT 2010 and now just after the warranty expired, the phone was not charging. When I took it to the Nokia Service center, they called me back and informed that the issue is with the Touch pad and informed that the cost of the repair will be 12,000. Then, i informed that I don't want to service it and then when i went to take the phone, I found the Phone was charging and even turning ON. Then, I noticed that the Touch screen was not working. This indicated that the service center people created the new problem in the phone and also claimed that the Phone was physically damaged, which was not. When I spoke to Manager, the manager of the RT Nagar-Bangalore Nokia care Branch informed me that we do not guarantee the electronics part and spoke to me rudely. I purchased the phone for 24,000 and did not expect this from NOKIA. If I do not get any positive solution. I will assure that this issue will be noticed in the Court and the Media.

    i brougt my new mobile on 1 december 2011 model name c2-03 but i have many problem from it touch pad is not working properly . mobile get hang many times so i want to reaplece it to nokia so help me

    i was purchase phone from nokia it is not working properly. i have submitted my phone nokia care last 7 to 8 times but problem is same as.and my phone was in warranty period......

    COMPLIANT AGAINST NOKIA 500
    I want to make my complain against Nokia for its product Nokia 500, I am Nokia products since last 7 to 8 years but just before a few weeks ago i have bought nokia 500.
    It is having restarting and getting hanged many times a day. I have went to Nokia care for help many times since 3 service in warranty problem has not been solved. So i want Nokia to give me a solution for it. And if they cant i want my money back.

    Default Mobile replace complaint

    Sir,
    in the month of may 2011.i have bought a new nokia x2-o1,after three or four month later,in my mobile there is a small black line in the corner of the screen.i visit to the nokia customer care.one of them said me that your mobile is ni warranty period they repair my phone without any cost.they taken 15 days time.after 15 days,when i visited to the nokia care they tell me that the phone is not repair......i am hurry that's why i take my unrepaired phone,and returned back to home...................
    After 15 days again i visit to customer care this time he will tell me that u have charged of rs 1500 for repairing my phone..............


    Please tell me what can i do for my mobile?
    Does mobile can be replaced?

    Wink Nokia c6-00 is not working & is new

    Sir,
    i here by wanted to tell you that i took a nokia c6-00 for 12,200 before 5 months and it has been for repair for around 5 times .everytime i tell nokia care to replace the piece but thry dont replace it at all..........

    I am very much fed up of it ,plz give me some kind of help plz. . . . .still in warranty period too. . .

    sir,
    the complaint is against nokia costomer care.
    my phone ( NOKIA 5230 ) was having a problem with gps, so went at nokia care ( panipat, haryana,INDIA ) and requested to solve it.
    i was shocked when i came to know that they even dont know what is gps. i told them "gps" and they pretend it "gprs" several times.
    after a while they told me its problem with software. since my phone was in warranty so had no problem with that if it works.
    then they updated the softare. after using it i came to realise that they installed the software of NOKIA 5233 in my NOKIA 5230.
    my 3G function was gone, u can imagine such MORONS working there. i complaint it to them. they told me to come next day.
    i went there and this they ask me to come after 7 days. and then again 7 days and again.
    now its almost a month passed and they still saying after 7 days.
    i imagine of the moment i thought of visiting nokia care, i made such a terrible mistake.
    tell me what do i do now.

    Angry nokia 5233 in warrnty not repiard from nokia care

    i have an nokia 5233 mobile before some days init network problum am go nokia care and they send it to l3 for 13 days after 13day am go and get it and then after 5 days phone is automatic dead i back go to nokia care they tell me the phone is dead by u its not repaird in warrnty pls help me

    Default nokia phone slow in processing

    sir , this is complaint against nokia .
    I buy a nokia c2-00 hnadset from my local sell boy in november and handset is very slow in processing and always make blockage while continue in proceesing . so it my request to plz may concern my complent to nokia authorty and resolve my problem as soon as , I am facing big problem due handset .

    Angry Nokia handset problem & warranty problem

    I had purchase nokia 6600s in sept 2010 which was giving me trouble from the day of purchase so I contact the dealer where he is saying you have to go to Nokia care I go over there and they change the software same thing happen for arround 5 to 6 times then I contact there Headoffice for the same They just replace the handset with another one & again it was having the same problem so they replace it two more time & after that they change my handset with some other model Nokia X6 (for which I pay 4500 extra)which was also having the same network drop data loss hardware problem so same thing they do & then they give me another handset nokia c7-00 it was also having same issue so they replace it two time and the third time they give me handset which was having problem which I check at the care point & notify them the executive told me that it ok its not an issue you can use it then I go back Then after 2-3 days I contact there headoffice the lady told me she will check the matter on priroity basis but again it was the same thing which they do no checking has been done the issue which i notify them is fingerprint & some blurrness in the screen after that when I notify them they take the handset and repair it & now when I spoke them about warranty they are telling me that it is liquid logged & wrranty is void for which I told them that I had already notify them at the time of recieving the handset which they don't listen. I also having extende warranty of one year on Nokia x6 which they have not forwarded on nokia c7-00 Now they are saying its not our concern I am sufferring from Nokia form past 1 year please help me out with this.

    Default E72 - Memory Low Prompt

    I have a Nokia E72, still under warranty.
    Whenever I browse internet or access Maps on my phone, I get a prompt "Memory Low. Close some applications & try again", inspite of having 225 MB phone memory free.
    I have taken the handset to Nokia Care in Delhi - Vasant Vihar once & twice to Nokia Care - Chandigarh Sector-22C but its still the same.
    I feel as if I have spent Rs. 15K+ for a piece of junk.
    Plz suggest what to do.

    I purchased a Nokia Lumia 710 about 10 days ago. It has a serious problem of not disconnecting from very first day. Nokia company is cheating people by selling the handset lumia 710 because they handset has
    software problem,the problem is this that the call is not getting disconnected even after the user disconnects the call..

    the fact is that even nokia has accepted that they have this fault..but what will happen to the consumers..we are being harassed for no reason..

    I am a businessman and I need to make more than 100 calls a day. It is a useless phone for me because it restarts after every call. I don't need any replacement because this problem will persist in the new phone too. I want a refund. Please help me. I feel betrayed.
