This is regarding the display problem in my Nokia 5800 xpress music. I purchased the handset on April 2009. Within 6 months, i faced the problem with the display. That time Nokia care changed display free of cost stating that the problem is with the display. Now again within 4 months the same problem is occurred. When it was under the warranty, that time the Nokia care changed the same free of cost stating that it will be replaced by the new one. But now the warranty is over, again the same problem has occurred within 4 months and this time Nokia care said that it is some manufacturing default. In simple means, when it was under warranty, that time they didn't said that it is manufacturing default.
It is as simple that the person who has spend Rs 20000 to buy a product is held a fool who will have to spend Rs 4000 every 4 months for its smooth functioning. If the topmost brand Nokia will fool the customers like this then its better to go for Chinese brands.
Looking forward to have some permanent solution for this from Nokia as it is possible to spend such a huge amount every 3 or 4 months on a product which already amounted to Rs. 20000 at the time of purchase.
