    Hi Team,

    This is regarding the display problem in my Nokia 5800 xpress music. I purchased the handset on April 2009. Within 6 months, i faced the problem with the display. That time Nokia care changed display free of cost stating that the problem is with the display. Now again within 4 months the same problem is occurred. When it was under the warranty, that time the Nokia care changed the same free of cost stating that it will be replaced by the new one. But now the warranty is over, again the same problem has occurred within 4 months and this time Nokia care said that it is some manufacturing default. In simple means, when it was under warranty, that time they didn't said that it is manufacturing default.

    It is as simple that the person who has spend Rs 20000 to buy a product is held a fool who will have to spend Rs 4000 every 4 months for its smooth functioning. If the topmost brand Nokia will fool the customers like this then its better to go for Chinese brands.

    Looking forward to have some permanent solution for this from Nokia as it is possible to spend such a huge amount every 3 or 4 months on a product which already amounted to Rs. 20000 at the time of purchase.

    I have purchased a Nokia 5230 on the 4th of May 2010, which has features of navigation. I have made the purchase with M/S Popular mobile, Karwar, a subsidiary of M/s Rao Brother trading corp (a micro distributer of nokia).

    As per the advertisement in the nokia-india web site , an in-car accessory (Mobile holder) is supposed to be supplied FREE with this Model of phone. But the same was not supplied even though I have purchased the mobile in the offer period. I have written to the nokia customer care several times, but they have not been helpful. I have contacted the purchased place and his distribution points,but they say that they are helpless in this matter.
    I later realised that I have been sold an old stock item. I request NOKIA to send me the in-car accessory.


    I was not able to attach the proof and bill image here as I was not allowed.

    Unhappy Nokia problem

    Hello,
    I had purchased a brand new NOKIA 3110c from PLANET M lakshmi nagar,vikas marg. They had provided 2 year warranty over it. After around 1 and half year it is showing too much problem, i had given them for repairing around 4 times but repaired piece lasts for week or less and again shows problem!! I am suspecting they had altered some parts and this mobile will not last long. When warranty will be over i will have nothing in my hand!!
    Anyone please help, i do have bill with 2 year warranty!!

    Default good phones backed with bad service

    HI,

    I gave my phone NOKIA N86 (8 GB) for repair to the malvia nagar service center on 11th of june 2010 and was told that the phone would be repaired in not more than 3 days.
    Then i got a call from there side on 23rd june that my phone is ready as in the office i was unable to go to the service center that very day so i went there the next day on 24th june 2010.
    When i reached there i was told that the phone is yet not ready and it would take a week more.
    I called the service center on 5 or 6th july 2010 and they said the same thing and promised that the phone would be ready max by 17th july.
    On 16th july i got a call at around 9:30 PM in the night that the phone is yet not repaired and would take 5 to 6 more days.
    being a brand loyalist from past 8 years i ignored it and asked them to do it quickly.
    Then on the 28th july 2010 i got a call from the service center that my phone would be given to me on the 2nd of AUG with no failure.
    i went to the center on 7th AUG 2010 and met the manager in there who appologised and assured me that he would get the phone repaired by 10th AUG and gave it in writing that if unable to do so he would give me a New N86.
    On the 10th when i went there i was told that the auditors have come to pay them a visit and he (the manager) would appriciate if i give him one more day then he would deliver a new phone at my place, as he did not want the auditors to know about this whole issue.
    The next day this guy tries to be smart by not answering my calls and messages and when i went there today 13th aug 2010 he told me the that he never said that he would deliver a new phone at my place and said that he cant help me in any regard.
    The funny part was that the reason he gave for not answering my calls was that he dies, lost both of his hands and popped out his eyes.
    He also mentioned that he has already put in his papers and said is not a part of the company any more.
    Is this how nokia should actually connect with people.
    I demand a new phone as promised by the company and an apology letter from that idiot.

    I am Sharid Jamal Ansari from Jehlum Hostel, JNU, New Delhi-110067, I purchased one handset of Nikia Mobile Model No. 2720 IMEI No. is 351542047171489 dated 12/06/10 from S.R.Telecome, Munirka, New Delhi-67,
    after 20 days i found defects in mobile as restart problem at any time, not working on incoming and outgoing calls, ring tone issues. so many problems i have faced, i go to Nokia Care at Priya complex 4 time but problem did not short out, i called to replace but Nokia Care refuses. the last jobsheet No. is 14943327/100807/29 dated 07/08/10
    so i want to replace it or my money back, and also my compensation, from this problem i faced so many losses on the ground of my phone defect

    Angry Nokia-5800 music x-press

    i buy nokia music xpress-5800 last oct 2010 but after 2 month i start showing very odd symptoms like pictures does not open and later its touch screen as well as its buttons start not working properly .On contacting,Nokia priority center they told me moisture enter the screen hence would be replaced and would charged around 2000 bugs as this thing does not come under warranty.I so upset with the feedback ,as less than year and still its creating problems.Why i should pay so much amount when its in warrant!!!!!!!!!!!

    , won on Bid on the 16th July 2010, was received on the 1st August, 2010 and was received Fautly. It was sent for replacement to the vendor -

    on the 7th August 2010 and received by the vendor on the 10th August, 2010; the same was confirmed by the vendor.

    I was promised a replacement delivery by the 12th August, 2010 and still have not yet received one.
    The vendor Standard Enterprise had provided 2 contact nos ::

    2. 8007-458458 - Nobody Answers.

    I request your help at the earliest and request JUSTICE..!!!

    I have no box of Mobile & IME Number.

    When I contact seller please give me my mobile IME Number. My date of purchase 15.02.2010 & Bill No. 2205.
    But they says it is not my duty to find your IME number find the box & collect IME number on this.

    Please says what to do now.

    Default Nokia care did a real bad job and made my mobile phone dead.

    Sir, with due respect i want to say that i have purchased my NOKIA 5320 on date 5th dec 2009 with genuine bill. and on the date 1 sep 2010 i was facing a problem that messages were not send by the handset so i talk to the nokia care helpline and the guy on the phone told me that its software needs to be reinstalled and it will take only 1 hr to rectify your problem. so on 2 sep 2010 i went to the nokia care centre (SHEETLA WLL SERVICES, OPPOSITE PLAZA SOLITARE, SECTOR 14, GURGAON) i was not having my warranty bill with me as i am staying away from home but the cell was in warranty period when i met to the care executive she check and said that warranty of my phone has expired and i need to pay for the repair service i asked that how it could be possible because i am having its bill but it is at my home at the moment but she said no sir its warranty period has expired. and as i want my phone to get repaired as soon as possible i got ready to pay. And after checking my device they said your problem will be resolved in the one hour. i said ok. but after 3 hours they said that there is 1% chance of getting the handset dead. i inquired about it but they assured that its only 1% chance and you will be getting your handset tommorow(i.e. 3 sep 2010). i have signed there because without it they would not repair it and what else could a customer have done at that moment. then i visited their centre next day they said that u will get it tommorow. i was having no other option but to agrees to them. they keep on doing this for the next 4 days. and on the last day they called and said that come and collect your handset but it has not been repaired. i visited their center and check my handset but it was not getting on as they made it dead because of may be some experiments or may be they have removed some original parts from it. when i ask about it they said u have repaired it somewhere else and the mechanic has done some serious damage to it. at this point i lost my temper and i said that how can u put your blame on me and it is the first time i am having any such issue and i am visiting nokia care and you are saying that i am irresponible. i have a strong doubt that after getting it signed on the 1% dead risk they handle the mobile set carelessly or may be they have removed its original parts.

    So sir i really need help from consumer court you are my last hope in this matter. because its not only the matter of money but they have wasted my time also.

    so please let me know if consumer court can do anything for me. there are many things more which i will be telling you if we could meet somehow and discus this matter.

    Sir,
    With disappointment and mentally tortured, I am writing you to resolve my problems suffered since purchased nokia N97 IMEI- 356064033353489 Oct 2009.
    First see below the break up

    1. Oct 2009 – Nokia N97 IMEI- 356064033353489 purchased for Rs 28000
    2. June 26th 2010 – Phone submitted in Nokia care (Sheetla Wll services Gurgaon) job sheet – 115433527/100625/10 for reason as
    a. Buggy series 60 v5 operating system
    b. Vibration stopped working
    c. Camera lens scratches due to no manufacturing defect of lens cover
    d. Gps is very very poor etc etc
    3. July 1st 2010 – Collected the1st replacement handset IMEI no – 356064033319324 and submitted back after an hour new job sheet 115433527/100701/25 because mass storage 32 GB not showing.
    4. July 5th 2010 – Collected the 2nd replacement handset IMEI no – 354225039138016 which is 29 hours used. Sent the same concern in the email but no feedback from nokia care.
    5. Sep 20th 2010 – Enrolled extended warranty program Registration pin – 30319000774412 keeping in mind the defective history of handset by paying Rs 1414.
    6. Oct 12th 2010 – Submitted the handset IMEI – 354225039138016 Job sheet no - 115433527/101012/9 for the reason as
    a. Suddenly phone was turned off and didn’t turn on. I was told the hardware fault and sent to head office for replacement.

    With reference from above DATES break up, it states that my N97 has been replaced twice and it still has manufacturing defects.

    I had gone through mental trauma in the last few months and questioning the nokia
    1. As a 5 year old customer of nokia from 3310 to N97 , paying Rs 5000 to Rs 28000, WHY I AM BEING CHEATED BY NOKIA SELLING ME THE FAILURE DEFECTIVE N97 FOR RS 28000 ?
    2. Nokia is a big brand in International market for its quality and services, WHY I HAD TO MAKE NUMBER OF VISITS TO NOKIA CARE CENTRE GURGAON FOR MY PHONE REPLACEMENT ?
    3. Nokia N97 is super flop for its buggy O.S and defective lens cover, WHY MY N97 HAVEN’T BEEN REPLACED WITH ANY OTHER EQUIVALENT MODEL DESPITE OF SO MANY EMAIL REQUESTS SENT ?
    4. Nokia had given me number of service commitments in my email sent earlier, WHY I HAD BEEN TORTURED PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY FORCING TO LEAVE MY WORK AND RUN FOR MY MOBILE ?

    Please note that the N97 had been submitted to Sheetla WLL Gurgaon today and any replacement or repaired will not be accepted at any cost unless or until, nokia come up with one time resolution.

    I am fed up with Nokia n97 and decided not to operate it any more. You are requested to
    1. Either provide me any other model equivalent model to N97 for replacement
    2. Or refund the cost of nokia N97

    Kindly take down my request on senior most level and do the needful.

    sir,
    i bought a nokia n97 mini 6 months ago and got touchpanel of my handset out of order which was replaced by the care centre. The next day the keypad started coming out. I went to care centre to show it to them and they just returned me back by saying that a new keypad will be installed which will cost you RS.1200. How can the keypad come out within 6 months of purchase of the handset. This directly questions the quality and service being provided to us. I am very upset about it.     Dear Sir/Madam

    I have purchasemobile from Rawat melody palace muzaffarnagar (U.P).I had sumitted my mobile phone model Nokia6110 Navigator IMEI no- 354847014760561 for speaker (mike) problem to nokia care center prakesh chock muzaffarnagar (U.P) DT_11/11/10 .I got my mobile DT_18/11/10 When I opened the handset i found broked some part of mobile by the Nokia care executive.When i asked them that what happened to the handset they said we don't know ,this is not their fault and don't again checked the mobile.there are some other people who faced same problem.

    I am really frustrated to hear same excuses and but sorry to say that the service of Nokia which they provide to the customers is really pathetic_
    Please reply as soon as possible
