    Smile Nokia 3120 classic

    Sir, I am Partha Halder and I have a Nokia 3120 classic handset. It's product code is 0559107 and serial no is 353101026468461.Job Sheet No-593504886/090820/23. I bought it on 10/2008. It is under warranty period. It has a web problem. I went to nearest Nokia Care, Diamond Harbour. When they open the phone, the found that there was glass IC broken. They took my phone and send to Delhi for repair. After sometime they told me that if the phone didn't repair, it might be back to you without repairing. You are requested to take necessary steps regarding this.

    Pls. send a written complaint to the head office of the Nokia Company with the copy of purchase bill and job sheet card. The address is :
