As per your mail, i was expecting a call from your
associate.But failing to this i had to contact your associate on my own on
Friday evening ( 28-Aug-09 ).I was given a complaint number (
8410968254) and my complaint was registered with an assurance that i will
be getting a call by Monday evening or Tuesday morning regarding the final
status of my problem .Failing to this i again had to make a call on my
own on Wednesday where i was asked to contact area service manager Mr
Sandeep Bhatt (contact No - 9925004471).He has given an assurance that i
will be getting my battery by Friday and i can collect it from
Ahmedabad service center on Saturday or Monday.I have taken many
assurances from your side and all of them failed and this is the last time
i am believing on any assurance from your side .If this time it failed i
am assuring you that i will be registering my complaint in consumer forum
and you can take my words for granted.This time i have also marked
consumer forum in cc.
