Dear Sir,



I have 2 No. of Reliance EC121 model modem. But i am facing problem in both modem:
after 5 minutes both modem has been automatic disconnected & no again re-connect.
after restarting the windows OS then I see a below mentioned error message:

Name: Generic Host Process for Win32 Services

Publisher: Microsoft Corporation



after cancel the error message again i connect the modem but i can use only 5
minutes.



If any permanent solution kindly reply.
