I purchased Nokia C-6 from Nokia Priority, Laxmi Nagar New Delhi on 26.07.2011. It is a matter of sorrow that it got stopped working in two months only. I contacted Nokia Care for repairing but the Nokia Care said it will cost to Rs. 3000/- giving the cause that warranty will not cover this damage. I could not stand the dual stand of Nokia that the shopkeeper is saying for one year warranty for whole mobile and in the othe side Nokia Care is saying this will not cover under warranty. Since I had to make repair my handset I said Nokia Care for repairing. But Nokia Care after accepting the deal with Rs. 3000/-, he denied for repairing and returned my handset to me after 20 days. In this case, where will the customer go? Nokia is misbehaving with the customer and cheating with the innocent customer. Due to this misbehave/cheating by the Nokia I am suffering a great pain and lost financial benefits.
It is requested, kindly give justice and my handset may be replaced or repaired or Nokia may be directed to return the amount which I paid for purchasing the mobileset. Nokia may also be said to provide compensation for this fault to the consumer.
