I have bought one Olive Touch VG300 Dual Sim Touch screen mobile Phone from online web site (tradus.in) on 26th November 2011 ( IMEI NO : 910009060255981) , after almost 5 days working phone was suddenly off so I sent mail to website as complaint so they revert back that please go to customer care of Olive Mobile in your city. I went to customer care ( I am living in Ahmedabad) of Olive Mobile in Ahmedabad named Dugar Sales near Prahladnagar Auda Garden (079-40097971), the tooked my hand set with battery and bill copy and given Job Sheet No : 3170 on 02/12/2011 and also said that phone would be repaired in 3 days if pc circuit was not down. If it was down we taken 15 days time to repaired it because we have to brought new pc circuit from company. After 15 days I again called to customer care regarding my phone they said it would be took more time because company had no stock of pc circuit. So I called to customer care of company on 1800-2666-5483 , their customer care officer took my complaint and all details about mobile phone and given assurance that in one week I got repaired phone or new phone back. But almost 10 days passed nothing was happened from their side. Today again I talked to company customer care now they told me that please took one D.O.A note from service center we will send u new phone , so I said U can talk yr service center directly why route to me? They said I can't do this and put down the phone.
Can service center give DOA note because they know that company can't respond them why they will give me DOA note ? This is the harassment from company and customer care tooked my phone from last 3 months even I could not hardly used it.
