I bought new LG optimus ME p-350 (IMEI NO.- 358304-04-570-312-5) bill no.-NCS-35845 , dated-28.1.2012 ,amount- Rs6700 from anmol watches and electronics pvt. ltd. From the very first day phone's back cover is not properly fitting on phone. I went to that shop from where i bought the phone and they said go to customer care center its not their fault and then customer care center executive said that its not their fault and said go to that shop only. One more problem, I told shopkeeper that i need a phone which can play hd(.mp4) video & he assured me that it supports hd format, i bought phone on his statement but it doesn't playing any hd video.Its kind of harassment.So i want you to take quick action as early as possible.I am waiting for your reply.
