Dear sir,

i am purchased one mobile handset of mi410 (spice) from spice hot spot. on december. first day the mobile handset haveing backup problem .and i taken it to spice service centre mobitech which is located in rajajinagar. they told the mobile they are upgraded to 2.3 version now onwards it will ok . but again it started giveing same problem.not even 2 hours standalone. and also battery heating like anything. i submitted the handset once again but no response . like that i subbmitted the hand set 4 to 5 times to service centre at last they taken handset for board and battery replacement . on jan but till now i am not got my handset. i paid 14,000 rs to the handset.

please do something for my problem .
